Freelance Copywriter

O2 Ireland

I worked as a copywriter for Dialogue, a marketing and advertising agency, with a growing roster of Domestic and International clients. I am working exclusively for one of Dialogue's clients, O2 Ireland. Reporting directly to the client brand team, I was responsible for writing compelling below-the-line copy for both business and consumer communications. I played a key part in every campaign - from briefing and time management to final proofing. I produced clear, concise and grammatically correct copy within tight timelines and on multiple projects. I crafted copy for Social Media updates for the brand, across Facebook and Twitter and was  involved in creating content for the O2 blog, with the aim of increasing engagement and the searchability of the site. My work also involved providing copylines for above-the-line executions and digital content as required.

•	Ensuring Creative keyword contributors (e.g., Image Partners, Outsourcers, and internal users) are provided with consistent, appropriate and ongoing keyword feedback to maintain a consistent customer keyword search experience. 
•	Using automated processes to improve the customer search experience, primarily using Boolean logic to create complex search strings to automate keyword fixes and additions across a variety of content types and keyword quality levels; Helping to improve and expand Getty Images’ vocabulary system.
•	identifying areas for internal and external keyword improvement so as to improve increase the relevancy of the customer keyword search experience; using  customer search data to prioritize and drive workflows and projects
•	Providing instruction and guidance for global image partners, outsourcers and various other contributors. In depth analysis of keywording from a variety of sources and the creation of focussed feedback for contributors.

CityJet

•	Content development for an e-learning project with a 3 person team – the creation of web-based Interactive French language training programme.
•	French a requirement for cabin crew in CityJet, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air France
•	Conception of ideas for design and lay-out of this educational tool.
•	Creation of educational content of the website, translation, proof-reading of content
•	Collaboration with web-designers and external consultants on design of the programme
•	Responsible for application of the product within the company, support for on-line students
