•	Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas. Implement and maintain the status reports. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project sub-element managers
•	Tracks data for cost compilation and monitoring, productivity, critical path, risk analysis, and reporting, Integrates cost and schedule data to meet company performance and financial goals
•	 Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance
•	Ensures data integrity by providing accurate and timely submission of reports for project assessment and predictive analysis
•	Scorecard and performance review tracking, coordinates resource loading and milestone schedule adherence, and provides detailed variance analysis of the schedule, Interfaces with senior management in the identification and resolution of project issues concerning cost and schedule

•	Control ongoing project planning and scheduling status, forecasts, and reports it to the Master Planner Conduct productivity analysis to identify adverse trends and works with asset management to determine necessary mitigations; 

•	Monitor progress against schedules, analyze deviations and recommend remedial actions. Coordinate with Departments to record and track progress of identified schedule activities and interfaces with other asset team disciplines;

•	Liaison closely with Cost Control Engineer to establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Responsible for schedules giving due consideration to contractual milestones and key events Ensures that all input to the project plan is accurate and consistent with the logic network. Provides detailed progress input for milestone invoicing purposes;

•  Monitor work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and prepare weekly/ monthly progress reports. Co-ordinate in conjunction with discipline engineers, a document level progress measurement system Analyze and communicate to the Master Planner on observation of any instance across disciplines for any major variance between the actual work in progress and the approved schedule.

•	Develop contract key dates, milestones and Clients plan dates that align with the overall project schedule. Participate in evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. Develop contract sections for planning and progress reporting.  Review and verify contractors reported progress and ensure that this is reflected in the project schedule

•	  Contribute to the translation of the project’s risk profile into the probabilistic risk model and understand the output, including the key risk drivers for the possible range of schedule completion dates. Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption

•	Establish and effectively communicate project assignments, responsibilities and expectation to team members;

•	Effectively estimate resources needed to achieve project goals, develop, submit and manage project budgets;

•	Track, manage, and report  against project metrics;

•	Evaluates critical paths in the project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution.
