I've been on a bit of a hiatus from LinkedIn,
But I am coming back strong and excited to post!

A lot has happened, and I wanted to share a little update.

I have been:

- Working with universities to build courses and programs
- Partnering with businesses to help them adopt AI
- Running live trainings and workshops

Outside of work:

I set a big personal goal and completed a triathlon 🏃‍➡️ 
(One of the toughest things I've ever done)

And have been spending plenty of time outside.

Through all of this, I realized how much value comes from
sharing ideas, learnings, and stories here as well. 

So I’m making space to show up on LinkedIn and contribute.

My goal is simple:

To help more people learn AI the right way.
And to help businesses succeed with AI Adoption.

And opportunities for scams that feel a little too real.

Fake videos. Fake voices. Fake moments.
All easier than ever to make.

At the same time - 
This is an opening for creatives.

A way to tell stories that never could be told.
A way to produce without the barriers of budget or gear.

And for businesses and entrepreneurs - 

It’s a chance to grow.
To experiment with new formats.
To build brand presence in ways that stand out.

So yes - Sora 2 is groundbreaking.
But it also raises bigger questions about Trust, Creativity,
And how we handle this next chapter.

The 5 Phases of AI Adoption

AI is getting smarter.
But we’re not - at least, not all of us.

Recent studies show a pattern:
The more we outsource thinking to AI…

The less we actually think.

In one study of 600+ people,
Heavy AI users scored lower in critical thinking.

They let the tool “do the work.”

Another found knowledge workers who trusted AI more
Engaged less in critical analysis.

Sound familiar?

We’re all guilty of it.
You ask ChatGPT something simple,
it answers fast, and your brain says: “Cool. Done.”

No reflection. No pushback. No growth.
That’s cognitive offloading.
And it’s sneaky.

But here’s the twist:
AI CAN improve your thinking...
If you use it the right way.

Here’s how to stay sharp while using AI 👇

1️⃣ Spar, don’t surrender.
Ask AI to argue with you, not agree.
Challenge its answers - that’s where the insight is.

2️⃣ Pause before you accept.
After every response, ask:
“What’s missing?” or “Is this really true?”

3️⃣ Prompt for depth, not speed.
Instead of "Summarize this", Try:
“List pros, cons, and blind spots, then summarize.”

4️⃣ Do a human draft first.
 Use AI to refine, not originate.
 Your brain needs the reps.

5️⃣ Audit your dependency.
 If you can’t think without it...
 it’s time for a reset.

The goal isn't to replace your thinking.
It's to empower it with a trusted partner.

We are STILL pretty early in AI's development.

This is also where you can choose your style and give the AI hosts ideas to focus on. 

This opens up the door for a new level of content repurposing.

Below is a breakdown of my recent carousel.

68% of Business Owners say they use AI regularly.

But what does "regularly" mean?

Are they building their own AI Agents?
Are they saving 4 hours a day using AI Tools?
Do they have automations built into their workflows?

The answer is likely no.

I recently worked with a group of business owners
And while most have tried AI, only a few 
Use the tools daily.

For small things like:

- Creating descriptions
- Generating social posts
- Brainstorming new ideas

So this stat of 2/3 Business Owners using AI is a bit misleading. 

For one, it doesn't specify to what degree of use.
This stat could range from power users
All the way to beginners.

And it also doesn't specify what regularly means.
Are they using the tools daily? Weekly?
The world may never know.

Either way, here's the facts:

If you are using AI on a daily basis, you are doing just fine.
You're not ahead, but you're not behind either.

If you haven't been using the tools, 
I'd recommend getting started.

If you want to push ahead?
