This is your daily reminder to smile. To recognize the good in your life. To see how far you've come. To be in the present. As busy professionals, We don't do this enough. We are focused on the future. We are focused on our mistakes. We are focused on work over life. We are 5 months into 2025. I told myself I'd be more present. Something I've struggled with For a very long time now. My days are filled with: Thinking about work Scrolling on my phone Fighting procrastination. I had to make a switch. I removed the distractions And I've never looked back. Now I'm being more present I'm making more memories Enjoying the boring days And making the most of it! Because at the end of the day, Life is about experiences. Not about money or my phone. (Doom scrolling) So take some time for yourself. Appreciate the progress you've made. And let's be mindful of our growth and change. I'll be the first to say I'm proud of you. You've come a long way!

I recently talked to 23 Business Owners about AI. Here is what they wanted to know: 1. Where do I even start? 2. Can it solve [X] Problem? 3. Is learning AI even worth it? 4. What is there past ChatGPT? 5. How do I get more out of AI? Let's go step by step 👇 1. Start by learning Sign onto ChatGPT and poke around. Build a foundation through playing first. Once you do that, then look towards work. 2. The answer is likely YES Is the work repeatable and straightforward? Could AI help speed up the process? If the answer is yes, proceed! (There's more to this) (Do your research) 3. It's not worth it, it's required. It's the only way to keep with the times. The tech will just get better as the years go on. Other businesses adopted AI, so you need to too. Not to mention it'll save you time and make you money! 4. Short answer? Tons! Zapier is great for automations to save time. Notion is perfect for building out dashboards. NotebookLM will help you learn anything faster. So do your research (and talk to an expert). 5. Learning from others Find YouTube videos and shorts. Take free/cheap courses for new ideas. Network and learn what others are doing. My recommendation? Talk with an AI Consultant. It's the fastest way to tackle all the questions Without having to do the work yourself. I just so happen to know someone... (It's me, I'm the someone) The best time to start is today. Take advantage of the tech. You won't regret it.

AI just beat humans at persuasion. Even motivated humans with real money on the line. In a massive study with over 1,200 people, researchers found that a large language model (Claude 3.5) was better at changing minds than real people - whether the goal was to help or mislead. Let that sink in. LLMs weren’t just persuasive… They were dangerously good, Even at convincing people of things that were false. This isn’t some hypothetical. This is right now. And it raises a big question: Who controls the message? Because the ability to persuade is power. And when that power is - Scalable Tireless Emotionally intelligent… The stakes get a whole lot higher. Persuasive AI can help educate, coach, and guide. But it can also manipulate, mislead, and reinforce harmful narratives at scale. We’re not just talking comments or clickbait headlines. We’re talking real-time, personalized persuasion. Across millions of people. At the push of a button. That’s why I try to stay close to this stuff. Because it moves fast. And if you’re not watching closely, you won’t even notice how quickly things are changing. It’s not just about keeping up. It’s about understanding what’s possible, So you can protect yourself, your team, and your business. The tools are evolving. The risks are growing. And the people who know how to use AI well? They’ll have the edge. How should we respond to this shift? Repost to share with others ♻️

As great at ChatGPT is, there's more out there. (With new tools coming each day) Here are 8 tools to try after ChatGPT: 1. Zapier 2. Notion 3. Fathom 4. Motion 5. Gamma 6. Perplexity 7. Grammarly 8. NotebookLM And that's just to name a few. BTW - There are entire sites dedicated to sharing tools. (my favorite is futuretools,io) But keep these Q's in mind when shopping: - Does this tool genuinely do me good? - Is the tool safe and trustworthy? - Will it fit in my workflows? - What's the turnaround? - Is there a free trial? These will help you make the best decision, And ensure you aren't wasting time! Repost to help others♻️

Learning AI is better when it's fun. I learned more playing with it, than I did using it for work. Why does this work? 1. It takes the pressure off 2. Removes expectations 3. Opens up creativity I learned the most when I: - Planned a fun vacation - Generated random images - Created stories about my friends Than I ever did using it for work. There's simply a different mindset! You're letting your brain relax, So it gets more creative. My challenge to you? Try having fun with AI today. You won't regret it :) P.S. The prompt for this image is below👇

There are many ways to learn AI. But which one is the best? I put together pros and cons for each, Along with my recommendation at the end. Learning isn't a one-size-fits-all. We each learn differently. 1. Webinars 2. Videos/Courses 3. Hands-on Testing 4. Workshops So pick the method that works for you! What's the answer to my question? Realistically, it's a healthy mix :) How do you learn the best? Let me know below 👇

"Honestly, how much has AI done for you?" Said an older man in my LinkedIn DMs. This is an answer to that question. It gave me the courage to take risks. To put myself in uncomfortable situations. Ones that I would've never experienced otherwise. I gained the belief that growth was possible. And that you don't have to go it alone. I've learned more than I ever thought I could. It's been a mentor and coach each day. I've spoken in front of hundreds. I've made memories I’ll never forget. I’ve built a life with more freedom. Freedom to do what I truly love. Freedom to create. Freedom to live. Freedom to be me. So to answer the question? It's changed my life. Thanks, AI.

Yesterday, I got up on stage and spoke on AI for SMBs. As an extroverted introvert, I was super nervous. Not that I would mess up or anything, But that I would be on a stage, Infront of many others. Leading up to it: I researched, I practiced, I trained, But that didn't matter. Once you get up there, you forget everything. You have to build back from square one. Great tactics that I've learned include: 1. Talking with those around you 2. Working the crowd 3. Cracking jokes It helps break the tension. (For yourself and the crowd) From there, things will flow easier. So how did the panel go? Amazingly. The energy was high, The questions were awesome, And we shined some light on AI for SMBs! If you want to hear what we discussed, I'll make a post coming soon :) Happy Wednesday!
