Highlight: 3 months away from a regulatory deadline, the project team was lagging on objectives (70%). Using historic velocity and a risk-based approach, I convinced the leadership team of a change in the project roadmap. This helped the team deliver 90% of the requirements by the deadline!

Highlight: Our implementations were often stuck at the Testing phase and our team was not able to guarantee quality. I took it upon myself to identify a simple solution and worked with a developer to build it out within 2 weeks. The Deployment of this tool not only accelerated changes, but it also drove up quality by 50%, and saved the team ~$150K that year.
