My homes are used as vacation rentals, medium-term rentals & traditional long-term rentals. I'm building REOS.AI to solve problems I experienced when building & managing my portfolio of homes. REOS is being developed in multiple phases, with the first phase dedicated to revolutionizing the vacation rental industry. Phase 1 => Building solutions for the vacation rental industry. Vacation homes are the most profitable niche within my portfolio. I've done over $2.3M in vacation rental business & the profitability far exceeded all other niches. So, I chose this niche for phase 1. Also, the global vacation rental market was valued at around ~$82 billion in 2022. By 2028, this market is expected to exceed $119 billion, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 5-7%.
