Heather Noggle serves as the Interim Executive Director for Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence following a career of over 25 years of experience in technology and operations with a career in HR prior to that. Each person and each company needs to interact online using security skills. It's from that idea that Cybersecurity for People was born. The early work is people and process oriented; we select the technology. I also do technical business consulting, software requirements, and writing work through my company Codistac, and my husband, Brian, provides quality assurance consulting. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Most of that long career is within the Software Development Life Cycle - SDLC, and I've been securing things longer than we called it security. I have a great love for software requirements and functional and technical specification writing. My work at MCCoE helps small businesses, non-profits, and the public sector secure their part of the connected world - security the region. We also train interns - building cybersecurity knowledge and skills into the workforce, including encouraging a business lens for critical thinking and integration regarding technical skills. I share thoughts/insights and expertise on topics such as process and cybersecurity integration, strategic writing, entrepreneurship, SMB advocacy, systems thinking, export compliance and automation, workforce development, intergenerational work teams, and all forms of innovation born from technology + people. 🌟Strategic.
