As a revenue leader (sales, marketing, service) all you want to be able to do is help grow the business you're a part of. How annoying it is when the software that's supposed to enable you to do that is actually hampering your progress on a daily basis. The problem is that most CRM setups are based on feature requirements ("hey, that's a cool button!") and not actual process facilitation. Meaning that whatever you have in your system right now isn't designed to help support YOUR process. I do things a little differently. Once we have that, I go off and design a software solution (based on HubSpot or Salesforce) that is fundamentally supportive of what you are trying to accomplish in that software tool every day.
