The communication then helps to find alignment on critical items to keep the project moving. ★ I plan for and design customer journeys based on what the projects can deliver, and the capabilities of existing software, hardware, and operations. ★ I curate the product roadmap with a focus on optimizing customer and client experience in the product. ══ WHY AM I DIFFERENT ══ ★ I ensure that project and product developments serve to achieve business goals. I push hard for changes that benefit the business. I will take time to explain and convince stakeholders to avoid project deviations unless the business can benefit. ★ I prioritise business users’ needs and wants based on strategic goals of the project. Each yes or no that I give will be based on careful deliberation of the possible impacts. ★ I can work with a variety of project management methodologies. I have worked with multiple professional service providers with different methodologies. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster.
