Shit you should be learning to progress in life: • Sales • Nutrition • Psychology • Copywriting • How to invest • Health & fitness • How to say “No” • High income skills • Emotional control • Some form of marketing • Networking and communication Can’t go wrong.
“I can’t get clients”. “I can’t make money”. “I can’t grow followers”. Then keep f*cking trying bro. Most of the time we’re doing the right thing but we haven’t done enough of it.
Content is the most important part of a personal brand. But most only scratch the surface with it. They stick to basic tweets and wonder why they don’t grow or make money. Tonight, I’m breaking down every single type of tweet and content vehicle you should be using. If you want growth -> Leave 200+ quality comments per day. If you want engagement -> Share your transformation stories. If you want to sell -> Solve problems for free in the DMS and sell the implementation on a call. Now do that every single day and watch what happens.
Mental masturbation. When you tell other people your plans so you get approval and validation. But only do so to get dopamine. That then makes you less likely to do the task because you’ve already gotten rewarded from it. Better to stay quiet, do the task, then get dopamine.
Here's a full DM monetisation and relationship masterclass for free because I don’t feel like charging for it. 1. Follow people whose content you genuinely enjoy You don't need to follow people in your niche. 2. Engage with those people on the daily and engage with your target audience Most people go straight for the kill without lubing up first. 3. Build a good rapport with them on the timeline. Relationships and selling are a long process, you gotta take the time to marinate that mf. 4. Hit them up in the DMs after building a strong foundation. Now you can finally slide into their DMs after you've talked to them for a while and they know who you are. 5. If the goal is to sell, solve. A lot of people will straight-up pitch their offer. Don't do that. Instead, find their problems, solve them for free and then get them on a call and sell the implementation. 6. If the goal is to build a relationship, befriend. A huge mistake people make is being way too professional. I called Dan Koe a white girl the first time I ever talked to him. Just treat them as if they're already your mates. 7. Solidify the relationship overtime. Even if you don't kick it off straight away, don't just burn the bridge. Keep talking on the timeline and interacting. But better so, if the relationship is good from the start, keep its flame ignited. I didn't charge for this but I would like a RT because I'm a nice person.
Picking a niche isn't enough. You must also pick niches within niches. You want to be known for as specific a thing as possible. You don't want to be the 'web design guy'. You want to be the go-to person if agency owners are looking to rocket conversion rates. Specifics sell
People try to ‘network’ too hard. They do all these guru strategies that they learnt from motivational entrepreneurs. My networking method consisted of being an absolute moron in people’s comment sections and then hitting them up in the dms like we’ve been friends for years.
One skill everyone needs to get good at is testing. "ThAtS nOt A sKiLl" Be quiet. You ever try something and get it absolutely perfect on the first attempt? No, it required vigorous testing and iterating. If you're willing to stay the course and test. You'll never fail.
Do things with intent. Wake up with intent. Work with intent. Lift with intent. Every single action you perform should be for the greater good. Not because you’re just trying to get through life. Each action should add to an output. Each output pushing you forward in life.
Everyone around you is in a loop. They all have the same shit going on. From Monday to Friday they hate their job. From Friday to Sunday they go out drinking. And they’ll repeat that until they can’t go any longer. I see it on the daily. Is that what you want? Escape.
Humans are simple creatures. Lift heavy. Eat good. Make money. Do fun shit. Most doing too much.
People don't follow the content. People follow the people behind that content. Which is why personality and stories are crucial. You can have someone posting the most insane value on the daily. If he's boring asf with no spark, it won't get traction. Be your full 100% self.
Life is a game of doing more to get more. Mathematically, you increase the chances of succeeding with something if you do more. Input = Output Do more of everything.
There are a lot of people on social media. And that number grows by a substantial amount on the daily. The amount of people joining social media to start a personal brand is also on the rise. The term personal brand wasn’t really as active back when I started X as it is now. Back then, when people were building their personal brands, it was mildly different from now. The process of building a personal brand back when i started was simple. Show up, talk to people and write some tweets. There was no AI, there were no giveaways, there was no engagement farming. If you were liked, you were followed. But today, social media has everyone building these personal brands. And stopping at nothing to find the latest growth hacks. It’s the accounts I see that still stick to those fundamental strategies that still grow the best brands. Talking to people and saying interesting shit. Now on the topic of interesting. That is the one thing that personal branding today is missing. I blame AI. When I started my account, AI wasn’t really a thing in personal branding. You couldn’t go to Chat GPT and ask it to produce a year’s worth of content. You had to think. And I think that’s the main thing that’s causing people to not grow online. Social media, personal branding in fact, is begging for genuiness. You’re building a personal brand. You need to be personal. How You do everything genuinely. You write content because you have something to say. You leave comments because you want to build relationships. Now people create content because they have to. They leave comments because they try to grow. The objectives of these activities have taken over the fun aspect. Also turning genuiness into forcefulness. People don’t do things genuinely anymore. AI for content. AI for comments. AI for DMs. And it’s showing. Because so many people are struggling to grow. And it all boils down to 1 thing. Lack of authenticity. Again, back when I started. Everyone and their mother HAD to be themselves. There was no tool to create content. There was no tool to leave comments. It was just you and your thoughts. It’s not like that anymore. Mfs can just hop onto Chat GPT and have it mass write a ton of comments. And the worst fact is. People actually use it for those things. The increase in comments using AI I’ve seen is diabolical. If you use AI to create content or leave comments. You aren’t growing. It’s the genuine thoughts and opinions that leak into your content that will grow your account the fastest. As time goes on, people are relying on AI more than they are their own brains. And that’s the main factor right now as to why people can’t grow. Authenticity. Or the lack of it is the one thing that personal branding is screaming for. Everything you do online, with your brand, should be your own thoughts and ideas. Sure, use AI for help. But don’t let it take over. You need to be you. PERSONAL brand.
Learn a skill. Pick an audience. Identify their problems. Build a traffic source. Post problem solving content. Engage with everyone. Bring conversations into the dms. Qualify people's problems. Solve them for free. Get on a call. Sell the implementation.
3 goals. Get jacked. Get rich. Get free. The last automatically completes when you're jacked and rich. Getting jacked is easy. Lift heavy, eat right. Getting rich? Also easy. Provide a service to someone who needs it. When you have health and wealth. You're free.
If you aren't leaving comments under people's posts every single day. You're playing the entire "growing my account" thing on hard mode. X has a social algo, meaning you need to actually socialise if you want better reach. Start leaving as many genuine comments as you can.
