I'm a former Division 1 strength and conditioning coach who left the collegiate athletics space to expand into the private sector and now am focused on helping middle-aged men lose weight and improve their performance in the bedroom, among all of the benefits that come from my signature Fat Loss Mechanism. Bringing the absolute best out of people is a skill that is hard to quantify, but I quickly found out that I had a knack for it at a high level. Coaching thousands of elite athletes, winning multiple conference championships, contending for national titles, and seeing athletes I coached go on to play at the professional and Olympic levels was fun. But I always knew there was more out there. So I walked away from a fast-rising career and multiple jobs offers to share my knowledge and talents with the “normal, everyday person”. I kept learning and refining my craft to bring high-performance results to anyone.
