Having led multiple teams and international projects in a fast paced tech company, I have first hand observed that more often than not business success comes not from individual brilliance of each employee but from how well they can work together. Employee engagement and motivation come not from the work they do, but from the relationships they have with their manager and their colleagues. People leave companies not because they get better pay, but because they seek more agency, flexibility and impact.  Smart org design is a big part of high performance teams, but they fail without people who have the skills to embrace them.  I founded Brightroom to enable continuous personal and professional growth.  Why? Because traditional talent development has three major problems: 🚫 Expensive programs with opaque pricing and ambiguous deliverables 🚫 Theory heavy content that doesn't easily translate into everyday on-the-job activities 🚫 High commitment programs that are not compatible with daily responsibilities This inspired me to create Brightroom, where we're doing things differently: ✅ Transparent subscription pricing (think Netflix but for upskilling) ✅ Short sessions to reduce commitment burden and enable continuity   ✅ Live-only, small group, interactive workshops to ensure practicality ✅ Cross-company networking opportunities to foster peer to peer learning  ✅ Science-backed, application-focused learning design and delivery style Our approach at Brightroom combines my scientific research in progressive organisations, practitioner experience as a coach and facilitator and my hands-on experience leading teams through periods of intense growth and uncertainty.
