In 2016, I started my career with an MNC, but life took a turn in 2018 after my daughter was born. That’s when I discovered digital marketing and joined an SEO company as a BDE. I quickly got promoted to Business Development and Client Account Manager. Over time, I noticed our organization struggled with customer retention, which led me to dig deeper and find the root cause. My focus was on optimizing clients’ strategy and website performance because I knew that more revenue and profits for the businesses we partner with meant higher retention for us. Meanwhile, I talked with 100s of leads and prospects about their businesses, goals, actions, vision, and missions, and one thing I felt was really missing was STRATEGY. As the head of client accounts, I have been walking clients through their data analytics for 6 years, but this missing piece made me curious about understanding the strategies behind successful marketing techniques that winning brands utilized. This passion pushed me to dive deep into analyzing e-commerce campaigns and user behavior strategy. Through hands-on learning and implementation, I became proficient in data tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, SEMRush, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio. Now, I help businesses analyze their content’s effectiveness across platforms, improve CRO, product experience, and turn campaign insights into real, actionable strategies that drive growth and retention.
