I went for my first solo trip two years ago. It was a one-way ticket to Manali. I spoke to the locals there and curiously asked questions. As a result, I spent 14 days in the mountains discovering unique hiking trails, exploring unconventional places and having the adventure of a lifetime. Through this experience, I uncovered two traits about myself that now form the basis of everything I do: Curiosity & Exploration. Looking back, both these things were suppressed throughout my education, learning always felt like a task. Ever since, I have felt the need to build safe learning environments, where people find true joy in learning. That brought me to my latest professional adventure at GrowthX. Now, I get to build joyful learning experiences for the top 1% growth leaders in the ecosystem. I love the challenge that comes with building experiences for professionals with high craft. It’s super rewarding to see the impact the experiences have in transforming their lives in the true sense. Before GrowthX, I was a part of the founding team of an experimental start up, Hoop Flo. I helped build the company from the ground up, setting up systems and processes to grow the company into the no. 1 place for all things hooping in India. Outside of work, you’ll find me slacklining, travelling or looking for a unique adventure. All this, while balancing a plate of pani puri in each hand.
