My passion to combine working with individuals, couples, families and work organizations led me to join a human resources consulting company with the same mission in workplace support benefit programs.

As a senior consultant for Employee Assistance Program (EAP), I was responsible for managing this business unit as an external provider for work organizations (local and multinational companies) to provide a variety of human relations services for management, employees and their families. 

I was in charge in developing and customizing EAP services for client companies in the areas of management and employee support, individual counseling and group counseling, critical incident support services, work related and family issues, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health services, and referrals (when needed).

To achieving the objectives of EAP services for clients companies, I was working hand in hand with team psychologists (local and international) and partner consultants from outside Indonesia.
