7) Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
8) Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.12) Recommend security procedures for security call centers, operations centers, domains, asset classification systems, system acquisition, system development, system maintenance, access control, program models, or reporting tools.9) Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
10) Arrange for or perform executive protection activities.
11) Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
13) Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
14) Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.

Zonal Manager(Tanzania Helios Towers Project)

1. Ensuring that the Control Rooms remain secure at all times and that no unauthorized
 person enter the Control Rooms.
2. Monitoring and controlling all sally port doors that enter into the secured area of the
 facility. Also, monitoring and controlling all of the sally port doors in the housing
 units.
3. Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times.
4. Monitoring of all fire alarms within the facility.
5. Functioning as a dispatcher for the Correctional Center=s radio communication system.
6. Signing up visitors coming in to see inmates.
7. Monitoring visiting inmates and visitors.
8. Credit any cash and/or money orders to the appropriate inmate account fund, and
 generate receipts.
9. Answer public inquires from the bonding/visiting lobbies.
10. May perform other duties as assigned.

Control Room Operator(Dar es Salaam Head Office)

Receive initial calls for services and determine nature, location and severity of emergency or services required
Obtain pertinent caller/witness information for current or future investigation of the incident
Obtain suspect/crime information, enter into CAD and provide to responding units
Dispatch appropriate resources to the incident ensuring adequate manpower on-scene as well as to maintain sufficient remaining coverage town wide
Maintain constant contact with persons reporting crimes in progress keeping them calm and relaying that information in a real-time manner to responding officers
Broadcast (and receive broadcasts) to/from surrounding communities via mutual aid police radio systems regarding crimes occurring in and around town
Maintain radio contact with officers on scene to keep the police officer-in-charge informed
Notify additional resources (Detectives, Crime Scene Investigators, Accident Reconstruction, Medical Examiner, Tactical Teams, Senior Staff, etc.) and maintain an accurate information flow with them
Provide an effective link to outside support agencies (Fire, Water, Light, Highway, Tow Companies, etc.)
Interact with Registry Of Motor Vehicles, Criminal History, National Crime Information Center databases via computer with incident related queries
Testify in criminal court as to the authenticity of archived recordings and with regards to actions taken during the call taking/dispatching evolution
Support all police department divisions (Detective, Traffic, etc.) with data entry/gathering and other services as needed.

Senior Control Room Operator(Stat Oil Project)

● Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Line Manager/Duty Security Officer
● Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication

•Arrange annual leave for both guards and supervisors.
•Over see and effects all KK security guards daily operations on the premises
•Conduct daily briefing with guards and delegate duties at commencement of each shift.
•Supervise and effect disciplinary actions to the team on daily basis.
•Prepare daily attendance and shift schedules for all guards
•Prepare daily action report and submit directly to GM, EAM and to the security manager.
•Communicate and co-ordinate effectively to hotel management and to kk teams
•Conduct investigation against crime directed to guest, staff, and entire hotel property.
•Detect crime, prepare counter measures and report to the hotel authorities.
•Maintain all logs, gate passes, and ensure all security equipment are in good working condition.
•Conduct daily patrols to guest clusters, villas, public areas and sign on check files located in every cluster inside the fire cabinets.
•Attend daily briefing with the HOD in the absence of the security manager.
•Work as emergency response team. In coordination with police, fire brigade and ambulances.
