As a Senior Living Administrator, I oversee all activities of an Assisted Living/Memory Care program, including Marketing, Census Development, and Community Relations. I develop strategic plans for maximizing occupancy and achieving profitability. I’m responsible for leading a team of nurses and caregivers who provide high-quality care and support for the elderly residents. I collaborate with the leadership team, families, and staff to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the residents, as well as the compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. I have almost 15 years of experience in the health care industry, with a focus on senior living. I have a core certification issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration, and have developed skills in nursing management, nursing homes, and nursing.
