Worked hand-in-hand with Product Manager, Lead Engineer, and Field Expert to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses that can be quickly validated. Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies throughout the entire product cycle (discovery, delivery, iteration) and present findings to executive stakeholders. Collaborate daily with partner associates across product teams, disciplines, and other verticals to execute work that is holistically integrated and scaleable.  Additional responsibilities include guiding and mentoring junior product designers.

Led rapid innovation workshops and design studios with clients to deliver effective solutions with built-in shared understanding. Increased team efficiency by establishing standard templates and style guides that the entire UX discipline integrated into their workflow.

Managed advertising campaigns to success through novel applications of emerging technology. Collaborated across Creative and Strategy teams to develop ideas that were both technologically feasible and valuable to users.

Highlights:
• Launch of Pop Secret’s digital presence, Pop Secret Labs. Several micro-products were built to connect the brand to a relevant need (streaming movies at-home) in a meaningful way. Sales of the brand increased by 6%. 
• Complete redesign and overhaul of Volkswagens new website, vw.com. New website had a 323% lift in lead submissions. 
• Other clients included: Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Sony Playstation, Nike, Target

Developed a mobile experience for Facebook's first ever marketing conference. Designed, developed, and launched a mobile micro-site for the event in under a month.
