After graduating from North Texas with an MBA that focused on Logistics I started my career as a Logistics Manager within the Caterpillar Network. Over the next 15 years I moved through various leadership roles concluding as a Business Unit Manager for a large industrial service operation. In 2009 I founded Williams Property Group and started buying rental houses. These is where the real adventure began. After building a large portfolio of rental houses I decided it was time for a change. In 2019 I packaged all of the rental houses and sold them, with the proceeds I purchased a strip mall. Shortly after purchasing the strip mall I left the Caterpillar Network to work full time on real estate. This change allowed me to focus on the strip mall and it also opened up my time to begin purchasing and remodeling single family homes once again. I am now buying single family homes for my rent-to-own portfolio which I find to be a more enjoyable form of single family investing. Development has been a growing experience but also one for which I am very thankful. That property was completed in the latter months of 2022. In 2022 I also became a certified life coach. In my coaching practice I work with individuals on their corporate journey, for some that is a focus on upward navigation for others it's leaving the corporate arena. Coaching has played a pivotal role in my personal development and it's exciting for me to now have the opportunity to help others with their life goals.
