• Launched sell.amazon.com, the new front door for Amazon seller recruitment, owning core messaging and strategy around "healthy friction" via educational content.
• Launched animated explainer program with refreshed, extensible illustration style and style governance to drive content fidelity across disciplines, driving site content refresh, email CTR, and product adoption.
•	Drove complete content refresh of full-lifecycle email program, driving content strategy and copywriting to feature new content throughout and ensure a seller-obsessed lens, driving improved open rate, CTR, and HVA adoption.
• Produced 100+ videos to educate and inspire prospective Amazon sellers: case studies, explainer videos, success stories, advertisements, and more with roles as varied as producer, interviewer/director, script writer, sound recordist, and more.
• Ongoing copywriting and editing across paid/owned/earned channels, including core sell.amazon.com content, email onboarding campaigns, video scripts, content marketing, 
• Creation and ownership of style guides for brand voice and tone, editorial style, content guidelines.
• Managing creative direction and development for a vast array of marketing, including branding, design, copywriting, photography, audio, music, and other disciplines
