First and foremost (rolls up sleeves) I’m a finance recruiter (don’t roll your eyes), finding great candidates for roles in accountancy, finance, audit, tax, and treasury. At all levels. Because I know the industry like the back of my mouse mat, I can flip between helping a candidate find an entry-level finance job to discussing the finer points of recruiting for a £100k FD/CFO without missing a beat. Having worked in recruitment for decades, I’m also familiar with the pitfalls of this much-maligned industry. I recently concluded that the way we put bums on office chairs desperately needs a shakeup. Enter IFF Talent (formerly Fide), a game-changing new recruitment model that also helps to protect and improve the mental health of both clients and candidates while creating social impact too.
