Developed and launched sales training programs for NA Energy Sales consisting of 550+ employees in 24 states. Proactively supported and collaborated with Director of Energy Retail and Regional Energy Managers to determine the problem areas we are working to solve and planned training/coaching programs to improve results.

•	Supported an 11% growth of Tesla’s energy business in Q3 2018 through the launch of Masterclass trainings, short and effective video content, and engaging online training courses

•	Successfully launched nationwide training program for all of sales consisting of over 1,000 employees to begin selling our full ecosystem of products, including vehicles, solar, and energy storage

•	Collaborated to launch new Tesla training platform granting access to on-demand resources, including short tutorial videos, best practices from peers, and onboarding curriculum for sales teams

NA L&D Programs Manager, Energy

Responsible for overseeing sales training coaches in 13 states on the East Coast. Worked closely with senior sales leaders to plan trainings and create coaching plans in their markets to improve profitability. 

•	Developed and launched virtual instructor led Energy Manager Training with 65 leaders nationwide resulting in a 4.91 out of 5 Net Promotor Score 

•	Supported growth of Powerwall 2 through training and in market coaching contributing to a 50x increase in orders and a 27x increase in installations

•	Developed training programs and in market coaching plans to increase Tesla Financing / Cash Purchases for energy products, resulting in a 141% increase in Tesla Financing / Cash Purchase Agreements

Associate Manager, Energy Sales Training East

•	Developed and launched nationwide training on Powerwall 2, leading to a 41% increase in sales and a 104% increase in Final Contracts on the East Coast

•	Facilitated 13 trainings in 15 days to sales teams on Powerwall 2 throughout the East Coast, consisting of education, modeling behavior, and audience engagement through gamified activities

•	Coached, developed, and managed 10-15 Field Energy Consultants covering 14 counties in Northern NJ

•	Improved customer retention and pull through to solar installation by over 100% in 12 months

•	Ranked number three out of over 150 teams in March of 2017 for projects per representative ready for solar installation

Two years ago, I was on Zoom calls all day.

I wanted to get back into speaking.

So I stopped waiting and decided to go for it.

Today, I’m traveling, keynoting conferences, and leading workshops across the country because 2 years ago, I committed to being:

1. Relentless - choosing to keep going, to never quit, even when it's hard

2. Open - willing to learn, adapt, and try new things.

3. Courageous - taking consistent action and doing the uncomfortable things others were hesitant to do.
