I co-founded JS Tutoring to address the teaching gap that exists within primary and secondary education.

With many clients reaching out to us with kids from both Public and Private schools we noticed there was a clear knowledge and skills gap both the parents and teachers could see. Pupils were falling behind, regardless of background and due to the school closures during the lockdown periods this just got worse.
With no challenge out of scope, we adapted during the pandemic to offer online solutions. Developing practices to offer high-quality online programmes. 
We have a unique approach to teaching, recognising that each student has different needs and styles of learning we offer a bespoke service with authentic, passion and knowledge at the heart.
Dedicated and focused on excellence, we provide online and face to face tuition for the 11+ Tests with Maths and English Tuition which is delivered Online, Offline and Face to Face. We have a large list of over 80 clients and 10 years of experience in tutoring children for the 11+ we are now also offering tuition for GCSE mathematics also.

The Global University Systems (GUS) group includes over 40 different Learning education organizations - Colleges, Universities, Business schools and online Campuses across the globe. With a global marketing spend in excess of £15 million per year and a total student body well in excess of 50,000 students both online and on campuses throughout the world and a group turnover of over £350m.  I joined the organisation when it was 3 colleges with a turnover of approx £20m per year.

My role here included (but was not limited to) the following:

● Establishing strong professional relations across the education industry
● Creating and implementing sales strategies and partnerships
● Identifying potential new business partners and securing business growth.
● Producing reports on student recruitment and retention.
● Ensuring robust communications exist between finance, project and service delivery departments
● Collaborating on the creation of prospect strategy for key accounts
● Facilitating the needs for data collation, market research, and tender processes
● Managing the stakeholder and relationship management across numerous territories
● Producing the annual key account plan for each individual entity

My Highlights within this role were:

● Delivered over £5M+ in revenue to the Group (2010-2018) with projected sales of £2M+ forecast for 2018-2019
● Outperformed targets in current role throughout, consistently exceeding monthly sales targets of £25k per month (rolling averages were between £80k and £100k per month year on year).
● Increased monthly sales by 50 % by implementing strategies to develop the existing customer base through social media.
● Created multiple corporate revenue streams via partnerships with Colleges and Schools both internationally and locally.
● Spearheaded critical projects on due diligence which resulted in weeding out less profitable accounts.
