I am deeply passionate about my work and have enjoyed many roles that have offered me an opportunity to be both an expert in business and organizational psychology. These include a decade in leadership at JPMorgan, a fractional Chief Culture Officer to a unicorn tech company, an organizational psychology researcher, and several business and science advisory roles to high-growth startups across the country.
