I see you I know you I used to be you After years working in my high-paying, stressful, soul-sucking job in the Hollywood film industry, I got a huge Cosmic Bitch-Slap that made me see that I'd been slaving away at an ego-driven job I hated that made me feel like I was fighting for my life every f*cking day. So I dropped out. With nothing to do, nowhere to go, and nobody to be, I couldn't figure out what my broken life was supposed to look like and didn't know what to do about it. It took an epic global adventure to rediscover my confidence and awaken to see that I was worthy, I was enough, and I could trust myself without fear or uncertainty. I learned that I already had a great big bag of sharp shiny tools at my disposal that I could use to construct the life of my choosing. And I've been using those tools as a consciousness shifting coach for women who feel unworthy or stuck or broken and don't know what to do about it. Women who are sick of doubting and questioning themselves, feeling unworthy, fearing uncertainty, and being someone they're not. Women who's soul is calling for change, feeling out of alignment with who they truly are, and are convinced there's gotta be a better way to live. My work isn’t about ‘unpacking things’ or ‘embracing change’ or ‘leaving your comfort zone’ or any other trite overused jargon taught at the Acme Coaching Academy. And it’s not about external input you can get reading self-help books or watching YouTube tutorials, and it’s certainly not about affirmations or manifestation. It’s about going inward to shift your consciousness to align with your soul, to ignite your confidence and awaken to your worthiness. My 1:1 programs aren’t - ego-coddling therapy sessions or hand-holding strategy meetings or platitude-laden BS conversations. They are - fun and exciting spaces of discovery that are totally relaxed, very real, laser focused, and always non-judgmental, humorous, and often explicit.
