Took on the responsibility of Scrum master for CRM dev team along with P.O activities. in Telefonica Argentina project.
Was responsible for PI planning, capacity planning, deliverable of working MTVs to testing teams

Was responsible for collecting requirements and delivering cost effective solutions

Moved to Comcast enterprise account and was responsible to give the first demo to Comcast IT, CTO teams
Was responsible for leading the team and lead numerous releases into production
Developed shell scripts that helped to automation of some daily activities like env check, reboot, clean WL cache etc
Responsible for team management and have delivered good amount of releases into production with quality

SW Test Specialist

Delivered multiple releases of SingTel, Optus projects by leading the testing team and execution of challenging complex business flows
Delivered the first customer demo of amdocs products to SingTel IT, business, CTO teams
Developed innovative tool called O.U.T for offline usage processing that helped testing, dev teams
Developed the SingTel innovation portal and hosted all innovative ideas of the account on the same

Took on additional responsibilities of mentoring new team members, building a team, executing complex CRs. 
Worked for delivering the transition from traditional csm to crm in Sprint account
Was responsible for leading and delivering Virgin Mobile prepaid acquisition done by Sprint

Worked as a subject matter expert for Sprint project and was one of the core team members to test and deliver quality releases into production
