I started and created TubeMogul's Central US presence (acquired by Adobe December '16) in 2010 as the first lead. I was responsible for spearheading the region from $0 to 9-figure annual revenue and opened up the Chicago office w/ the hunger to build-out and mentor a best of breed team. Over the last decade+, overseeing sales, annual P&L >100MM, and career development for hundreds of budding colleagues at TubeMogul, Adobe, and Marpipe. I've held titles of Senior Director, Managing Director, Vice President of Sales, North American lead, CCO and CRO. I've lead 6 office build-outs and have cultivated a humble, yet aggressive, culture consisting of grit, passion, vulnerability, humility + trust. Through my "roll-up your sleeves" work ethic and personable approach, I've continued to make a positive and genuine impact on partners, my team, and those that have mentored/managed me to accelerate our mutual growth. Building teams, driving revenue, developing commercial strategies while hitting goals, and surrounding people with realism-optimism-humor is what I do best.
