Hey there! I'm Jeremy - a former world champion athlete turned entrepreneur, AI consultant, and keynote speaker. Innovation and Sci-Fi always inspired me. When I first got into tech, I felt like an impostor. Though I studied industrial engineering, I was an athlete at heart - not a computer scientist or coder. But I knew emerging technologies like AI and blockchain would shape our future. I didn't want to sit on the sidelines. So I started reading, learning, and diving into how to build tech solutions and did experiments. By accident, I got involved in building out data centers for AI and programmatic advertising over a decade ago with Facebook and Google. I had mentors who showed me the ropes. I became an executive, built a few companies and did over 9-figures in sales. Over time, I assembled a unique toolkit combining growth strategies from the sports world with an understanding of exponential technologies. I did not have clarity at first. And I realized - I wasn't alone. So many leaders and entrepreneurs felt overwhelmed by how fast tech was changing. They got stuck in analysis paralysis. They didn't know where to start. I knew I could help. I started consulting, guiding organizations on how to integrate disruptive innovations into their business strategies and culture. I partnered with leading brands to develop cutting-edge use cases leveraging AI, blockchain, and more. I saw how demystifying these complex technologies opened up new possibilities. Simplifying them into actionable steps helped leaders embrace change rather than hide from it. Now I want to pay forward all that I've learned - from AI TO ZΞN, integrating tech and business strategies with personal growth and development. I hope to see you in the comments, in one of my courses or during a 1:1 consultation.

Harley who? You wanted freedom? There’s a new kind of BEAST now.⤵ We expected electric scooters… What we got was a robotic stallion powered by hydrogen. Kawasaki just made your childhood sci-fi dreams real. This isn’t just another EV. It walks. It climbs. It gallops. And most importantly - it redefines what riding even means. 1/ ➠ Riding just changed forever ➝ Kawasaki just introduced CORLEO, a hydrogen-powered robo-horse ➝ Not wheels, legs - four of them ➝ Gallops like a real beast ↳ Trots ↳ Walks ↳ Climbs ↳ Built to move where roads don't 2/ ➠ A motorcycle you ride like a creature ➝ 150cc hydrogen engine fuels electric legs ➝ A machine that moves like nature ➝ Designed to be ridden - not just driven ↳ You feel it ↳ You don’t just steer it 3/ ➠ Concept today. Disruption tomorrow. ➝ Revealed at Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 ➝ It works - not just CGI ➝ Still a prototype ↳ But the message is clear ↳ Personal mobility is evolving 4/ ➠ More than a toy. A tactical tool. ➝ Think off-road, military, exploration ➝ Built for terrain - not traffic ➝ Autonomous future applications? ↳ Transportation ↳ Defense ↳ Rescue 5/ ➠ Ethics enter the arena ➝ Machines shaped like animals ➝ Emotional design = manipulation? ➝ At what point does tech mimic life too closely? ↳ What do we lose in the thrill of freedom? How to Kill a Business Slowly: Keep the Dead Horse Alive ⤵ You know it’s not working. But you keep going anyway. That’s the heart of The Dead Horse Theory – a brutal metaphor for the stuff we refuse to let go of. Especially in family businesses, where “tradition” often becomes an excuse to stay stuck. We protect what’s broken. We romanticize what’s failing. We waste time and money trying to revive what’s clearly dead. No matter how much you feed it, a dead horse won’t run. Let’s break this down – and be honest about what’s really going on: 1/ ➠ The Problem Isn't the Dead Horse - It's You ➝ Everyone sees the horse is dead ➝ Yet you keep riding it ➝ Why? Ego, fear, pride ↳ You’re not solving the problem - you're married to it ↳ Most leaders don’t lack insight - they lack courage ↳ Stubbornness in the name of tradition is still stupidity 👉 First step: admit you're part of it. 2/ ➠ Dead Horse Tactics in Family Business ➝ Keep changing riders ➝ Throw more money at the corpse ➝ Blame the trainer ↳ Hire consultants to analyze the obvious ↳ Redefine "dead" as "resting" ↳ Call it legacy instead of liability 👉 These aren’t solutions - they’re high-cost distractions. 3/ ➠ Why People Stay in the Saddle ➝ Emotional attachment ➝ Fear of sunk cost ➝ Resistance to change ↳ Comfort in the familiar is the real killer ↳ If it’s not working, tradition won’t save it ↳ Love your family, not the broken system 👉 Familiarity can be fatal. 4/ ➠ The Smarter Strategy ➝ Dismount fast ➝ Face the facts ➝ Adapt or fold ↳ Let go of what’s broken ↳ Focus on what’s next ↳ Build what works, not what was 👉 Don’t confuse endurance with leadership. 5/ ➠ How to Turn the Ship Around ➝ Talk openly, not politically ➝ Make decisions on data, not drama ➝ Encourage brutal honesty ↳ Family businesses thrive when clarity wins ↳ Legacy is preserved through evolution, not repetition ↳ Innovation isn't betrayal - it's survival 👉 Brutal honesty isn’t an attack - it’s an upgrade. If the horse is dead, stop giving it CPR. Let it go. But that brings up a few uncomfortable questions: ▶ What if you're the dead horse? ▶ What if your leadership style is outdated? ▶ What if legacy is your biggest liability? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: The Dead Horse Theory via Harshad Shah // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
Tesla vs. The Horse Cart ⤵ We love flexing how "smart" our models are... Until a horse cart rolls by And exposes a problem ML experts call “overfitting”. The Tesla didn’t recognize it. Why? Because it was trained to see highways - not history. Let’s unpack this mess and learn how to fix it. 1/ ➠ What Is Overfitting, Really? ➝ Memorizes only training data ↳ Forgets how to think ➝ Studies the test perfectly ↳ Fails the question of reality ➝ Smart in the lab ↳ Dumb in the wild 2/ ➠ Why Overfitting Wrecks Your ML Model ➝ Works on seen data ↳ Crashes on new ➝ Breaks under pressure ↳ Panics at change ➝ Sees random noise ↳ Calls it signal 3/ ➠ Tesla vs. The Horse Cart: A Teachable Moment ➝ Model sees horse + cart ↳ Calls it a car? ↳ Calls it a bike? ↳ Calls it a truck? ↳ Calls it a person? ➝ Never seen before ↳ So it guessed ➝ Real world = weird ↳ Models must adapt 4/ ➠ How to Actually Avoid Overfitting ➝ Train with odd data ↳ Include the wild ➝ Apply regularization ↳ Punish complexity ➝ Use dropout + augments ↳ Force flexibility ↳ Move away from narrow standard 5/ ➠ The Core Truth You Keep Ignoring ➝ Accuracy fools you ↳ It’s not intelligence ➝ Confidence ≠ correctness ↳ It’s just certainty ➝ Exposure ≠ experience ↳ Only learning adapts — Your AI isn’t smart. The death of visual truth: Deepfakes just got an upgrade. ByteDance just casually dropped the most dangerous AI of 2025. ⤵ Remember when deepfakes were just creepy fun? That was yesterday. Today, ByteDance released DreamActor-M1 - and it’s no toy. It doesn’t blur the line between real and fake - 👉 it erases it. Let’s break it down: 1/ ➠ DreamActor-M1: One Photo, Total Control ➝ Upload a single image. ➝ Add any short video clip. ➝ Get a full-body, animated human. ↳ It breathes. Blinks. Smirks. This isn’t “animation.” It’s digital puppeteering. 2/ ➠ Creativity Unleashed (or Unchained?) ➝ No actors. No green screen. ➝ Just AI + a laptop. ➝ Studio-grade results, at home. ↳ The tools of Hollywood, for everyone. But the same tool that creates - can also deceive. 3/ ➠ This Will Explode on Social Media ➝ TikTok, Reels, Insta - buckle up. ➝ Selfies will move and speak. ➝ Realism like you’ve never seen. ↳ Viral content gets a new cheat code. Engagement becomes manipulation. And no one will know what’s real. 4/ ➠ Dark Capabilities, Darker Consequences ➝ Fake political speeches - now believable. ➝ Identity theft that looks like you. ➝ Misinformation, now on steroids. ↳ A new era of visual lies. We won’t just question the story - we’ll doubt the footage itself. 5/ ➠ We Need Guardrails - Yesterday ➝ The tech sprinted ahead. ➝ Ethics didn’t keep up. ➝ We need laws, now. ↳ Because trust is what’s at stake. This isn’t optional. This is existential. DreamActor-M1 doesn’t just change content. It changes consequences. If you think this is just “cool tech,” You’re already behind. ▶ How do we prove what’s real? ▶ What if identity becomes just data? ▶ What happens when we’ve lost trust? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: DreamActor-M1 by ByteDance https://lnkd.in/dD3ZVPaM // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
Developers won’t tolerate this OpenAI’s new Agents SDK has a fatal flaw ⤵ 1/ What is OpenAI's Agents SDK? ➠ An open-source framework for building AI agents ➝ Agents + handoffs as the core abstraction ↳ Example: “Hola, como estas?” is routed to a Spanish agent instead of an English agent ➠ Model-agnostic (but with a catch) ➝ Works with third parties via ChatCompletions API ↳ But OpenAI’s tracing feature is closed-source ➝ To use tracing, you must log into OpenAI’s dashboard Sounds familiar? It’s like LangChain (OSS) + LangSmith (closed SaaS). 2/ Is OpenAI competing with other agent frameworks? ➠ Yes. This is a direct play against existing frameworks. ➝ OpenAI is moving up the stack ↳ The model layer is becoming a commodity ➝ Expect an Agents API (a paid hosted service) soon ↳ OpenAI’s Assistants API was just a test run Translation? OpenAI wants to own both the models and the framework layer. 3/ How does OpenAI’s framework compare? ➠ Forced “Handoff” abstraction ➝ Great for routing, not for general AI agents ➠ No first-class support for state ➝ No built-in long-term memory ↳ More like a workflow: run once, then discard Biggest limitation? Stateful agents need memory – and this SDK doesn’t offer it. 4/ Why OpenAI might lose the agents war ➠ Developers hate lock-in ➝ AI agents need stateful memory ↳ Data, tools, and user context must be portable ➝ Closed ecosystems kill flexibility ↳ No DeepSeek, no Anthropic, no Mistral – just OpenAI Real risk? Build your agent stack on OpenAI’s APIs, and you’re stuck. ▶ Will OpenAI’s “open” SDK drive adoption or just bait developers into lock-in? ▶ How long before OpenAI rebrands the Assistants API as the Agents API? ▶ What happens when OpenAI no longer has the best models? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: OpenAI Agents SDK launch, https://lnkd.in/dtCZdFSZ // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
China is teaching AI to first graders. That should terrify, or inspire you. ⤵ This isn’t just education. It’s a power move. China’s betting its future on AI-native kids. Most countries? Still arguing about smartphones in class. 1/ ➠ AI is now mandatory in China’s schools ➝ Starting 2025, AI becomes a core subject ➝ Kids will learn it like math or reading ➝ From first grade through high school ↳ AI will be second nature before puberty 2/ ➠ Schools are racing to catch up ➝ Teachers must be retrained ➝ Lessons need full rewrites ➝ AI spreads into science and tech ↳ Execution is messy - but they’re moving 3/ ➠ The goal: build AI instincts early ➝ Normalize AI before fear sets in ➝ Treat it like a calculator, not magic ➝ Turn students into creators ↳ This isn’t coding - it’s future-proofing 4/ ➠ China isn’t alone - just ahead ➝ Italy and California are experimenting ➝ Some schools are testing AI lessons ➝ Most are still stuck in "what if" ↳ China’s already at "what next" 5/ ➠ Your move, rest of the world ➝ Are we preparing our kids? ➝ Or hoping tech skips them? ➝ Will they build it, or be ruled by it? ↳ Age 6 is now a starting line If AI is the new literacy - then digital illiteracy is the new poverty. ▶ What happens when AI is a native tongue? ▶ What are kids building while we debate? ▶ What matters more - coding or creativity? // Repost this ⇄ // Sources: https://lnkd.in/dkRNqVVg https://lnkd.in/daf9EwsU https://lnkd.in/dyK2yd7v // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf //
Your worst security threat might be a Bot ⤵ Every few years, the rules of the game change. Now? Even voicebots are weaponized. This isn’t about elite hackers - it’s about automation, integration, and ignorance. This is how it looks like behind the scenes - Let’s break it down. 1/ ➠ Hackers Aren’t Smarter - Their Bots Are ➝ Telegram bots now trigger real-time phone scams ➝ They impersonate your bank or service ➝ It’s not coding talent - it’s platform misuse ↳ Bots + APIs + ignorance = access This isn't genius - it's just speed and convenience turned against us. 2/ ➠ The Voice That Steals ➝ Victims hear legit-sounding calls ➝ Bots use TTS or recordings to sound official ➝ You press 1 “to cancel” but really... ↳ You just opened the door These bots are fooling people with the sound of authority. 3/ ➠ OTPs: Your Digital Front Door ➝ You think you’re saving your account ➝ You enter your OTP into the bot ➝ It flies in real time to the attacker ↳ Boom. You’re locked out One tap. One code. That’s all it takes to lose everything. 4/ ➠ What’s Scarier Than Malware? ➝ Social engineering works on people ➝ No need to hack - just trick you ➝ Mobile is smart. Users? Not so much. ↳ Brain, not device, is the target Tech is fast. But manipulation is faster. 5/ ➠ What You Can (Actually) Do ➝ Never share OTPs via call - ever ➝ Use app-based 2FA, not SMS ➝ Caller ID ≠ trust ↳ Hang up. Call back. Stay skeptical Security starts with habits - not tools. The real war isn’t cyber. It’s psychological. Tech evolves. So do scams. But users? Still playing catch-up. ▶ What if social engineering bots get smarter than users? ▶ What if this becomes the new normal? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: via Ethical Hackers Academy // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
This AI RE-SHOOTS your video. No cameras. No crew. No cost. While Hollywood pays millions for it. ⤵ Most people still waste time fixing shaky footage. Others stack filters and call it "editing." Meanwhile - Kuaishou built an AI that doesn’t edit your video... It RE-SHOOTS it entirely. Digitally. After you filmed it. The future of content isn’t editing. It’s rewriting reality. Here’s what that actually means: 1/ ➠ This isn’t editing. It’s RE-CAPTURE. ➝ Everyone talks about editing tools. ➝ Nobody talks about digital re-shooting. ➝ ReCamMaster rebuilds your footage - from scratch. 2/ ➠ How it works - AI meets filmmaking. ➝ Uses pre-trained diffusion models. ➝ Reconstructs your footage from new angles. ➝ Scene stays. Perspective changes. 3/ ➠ Why this matters - beyond cool tricks. ➝ Stabilizes shaky videos instantly. ➝ Gives robots multi-view observation data. ➝ Powers autonomous driving with better visuals. 4/ ➠ What’s under the hood - the real engine. ➝ Latent diffusion + real camera pose data. ➝ Trained on Unreal Engine 5 dataset. ➝ Generalizes to any real-world video. 5/ ➠ Why this changes video forever. ➝ You won’t need to re-shoot scenes. ➝ You’ll control camera movements digitally. ➝ You own how stories are told - after filming. But here’s what you should really be asking yourself… This isn’t just about video quality. It’s about who controls the truth. ▶ Who decides what’s real in a video? ▶ Which industries will lose their edge first? ▶ What happens when anyone can rewrite reality? ▶ How do we prepare when synthetic content rules? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: Kuaishou Technology - ReCamMaster Research https://lnkd.in/dYXzF4MV // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf //
The Market Has Spoken: Elon Musk Is No Longer Untouchable. ⤵ Tesla’s stock has plummeted 36% in 2025, wiping out $700 billion in market value. Lesson for founders: One day can take you from a unicorn to a disaster. Once, Musk’s name drove Tesla’s meteoric rise - a visionary leader shaping the future. Now? His political distractions, PR disasters, and strategic missteps are costing Tesla dearly. Is this a temporary setback or the beginning of the end? 1/ Musk’s Politics - Tesla’s Biggest Liability Tesla’s stock crash isn’t just about the market - it’s about Musk himself. 85% of Morgan Stanley respondents say his political antics are damaging Tesla. His Trump endorsement and divisive rhetoric are alienating core customers. Tesla was once a clean-energy revolution - now it’s a political lightning rod. When a brand becomes political, half the market walks away. 2/ The Nazi Controversy - A PR Nightmare Musk’s alleged Nazi salute and inflammatory tweets triggered a global backlash. The "Tesla Takedown" movement is gaining traction, pushing for mass boycotts. Tesla, once a status symbol, is now a reputational risk. Protesters in California aren’t subtle: "Sell Your Swasticar." When perception shifts, value evaporates. 3/ Strategic Blunders - A Business in Crisis Musk killed the $25K Tesla, doubling down on Cybertruck instead. Meanwhile, Chinese EV makers are dominating the affordable market. Tesla's price war is bleeding profits without securing long-term market share. Tesla was the disruptor. Now it’s the one being disrupted. Arrogance is expensive. The market doesn’t wait. 4/ The Anti-Tesla Movement - Real or Musk’s Paranoia? Musk claims Tesla’s backlash is a “rich liberal conspiracy.” But protests, boycotts, and used Teslas flooding the market suggest otherwise. Even Tesla shareholders are turning on him. One investor asked Musk: "Five things you did for us this week?" His response? Silence. 5/ Musk - Tesla’s Biggest Asset or Its Biggest Problem? Investors once paid a premium for Musk’s vision. Now, they wonder if he’s tanking the company. Some say he should step back and focus on innovation. Others fear Tesla collapses without him. If your biggest strength becomes your biggest weakness, what happens next? Now, let’s get real: ▶ If Musk left Tesla tomorrow, would the stock go up or down? ▶ Can Musk recover, or is this the beginning of Tesla’s downfall? ▶ Is Tesla still an auto company, or has it become something else? // Repost this ⇄ // Sources: https://lnkd.in/dARWppmZ https://lnkd.in/ds8ezdHE https://lnkd.in/d88V_jNB // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
You’re not a boss - you’re a farmer. And most leaders are terrible at farming. ⤵ Most leaders think they’re CEOs, coaches, or commanders. But the truth is - you’re a farmer. Your job isn’t to force growth. It’s to create the conditions where growth happens. Leadership is cultivation - not control. Here’s how to grow a thriving team without shouting, blaming, or uprooting: 1/ ➠ Stop Yelling At The Crops ➝ Your team isn't deaf - they're disengaged ➝ Yelling never accelerates growth ➝ Listen more, shout less ↳ Growth thrives in silence 2/ ➠ Growth Takes Time - Stop Digging It Up ➝ Stop expecting overnight success ➝ Celebrate small wins ➝ Reward progress, not speed ↳ Seeds don’t sprout faster under pressure 3/ ➠ Match The Soil To The Seeds ➝ Roles aren’t one-size-fits-all ➝ Skills need the right soil ➝ Plant people where they can thrive ↳ Misplaced talent dies in bad soil 4/ ➠ Water. Feed. Protect. ➝ Recognition is water - use it often ➝ Training is fertilizer - apply generously ➝ Weed out toxicity fast ↳ Your culture is your harvest 5/ ➠ Weather The Storm ➝ Bad seasons will come - expect them ➝ You can’t control everything ➝ Lead when skies turn dark ↳ Storms reveal real leaders Leadership isn’t complex - it’s about patience, nurturing, and knowing when to step back. The one habit that’s quietly killing your progress. (And you think it’s protecting you.) ⤵ You’re not stuck because of a lack of talent. You’re stuck because of the story you keep defending. And most of the time, it sounds reasonable. But it’s really just your ego keeping you comfortable. Let’s break it down: 1/ ➠ It Feels Smart, But It’s a Trap ➝ You explain things away with logic ➝ You tell a story that shifts focus ➝ You justify patterns that hurt you ↳ Clever excuses are still excuses The mind will always choose comfort over clarity. And this habit feels like clarity—until it costs you results. 2/ ➠ It Halts Your Growth Without You Knowing ➝ You stop looking inward ➝ You obsess over context ➝ You analyze others more than yourself ↳ Self-protection becomes self-sabotage Staying in control is not the same as staying in charge. There’s a big difference. 3/ ➠ The Fix? Ruthless Ownership ➝ Take full control—even when it hurts ➝ Assume responsibility—even when it’s not fair ➝ Decide to lead—even when it’s easier to explain ↳ Power is reclaimed, not given Progress demands humility. And humility starts when your reasons stop running the show. 4/ ➠ Those Who Let Go, Move Faster ➝ They own their choices ➝ They break their cycles ➝ They make peace with imperfection ↳ They grow beyond their past Want momentum? Stop defending what didn’t work. ⸻ The hardest truths are the ones we dress up as insight. ▶ What are you still defending that no longer serves you? ▶ How do you tell the difference between self-honesty and self-protection? ▶ What part of your story is still in control? ▶ What if letting go is the only way forward? // Repost this ⇄ // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
The One Thing That Destroys Everything ⤵ We always think we need more. More money. More success. More recognition. But what if ‘more’ is the thing keeping you stuck? Ambition is great—until it turns into greed. And greed? Kills everything in its path. 1/ More Isn’t Always Better ➠ We’re wired to chase growth, but at what cost? ➝ More money? Not if it costs your peace. ➝ More success? Not if it steals your time. ➝ More stuff? Not if it owns you instead. ➝ More doesn’t mean fulfilled. It often means trapped. If ‘more’ comes at the expense of everything else, was it really worth it? 2/ Greed Kills ➠ Greed doesn’t just ruin businesses—it ruins lives. ➝ It poisons relationships. ➝ It blinds good judgment. ➝ It replaces gratitude with entitlement. ➝ It makes winning feel like losing. Success without gratitude isn’t success. It’s just a faster road to emptiness. 3/ Success Without Limits Is a Lie ➠ They tell us to never stop pushing. But where does that road lead? ➝ If everything grows forever, it collapses. ➝ If nothing is enough, nothing satisfies. ➝ If you chase ‘more’ endlessly, you never arrive. Real success isn’t about chasing more. It’s about knowing when you have enough. 4/ Happiness Isn’t in the Next Thing ➠ We assume happiness is just one more achievement away. It’s not. ➝ It’s in appreciating what’s already here. ➝ It’s in balance, not excess. ➝ It’s in knowing when to stop. If you’re always chasing the next thing, you’ll never enjoy this thing. The most powerful tech is right in your pocket… ... and you can’t even see it. ⤵ The tech shaping your life is invisible. This isn’t magic - it’s ruthless precision at the atomic level. Every tap, swipe, and scroll runs on engineering smaller than a virus. 1/ ➠ The Magic You Can’t See Let’s start microscopic. ➝ You can’t see them, but they run your life. ➝ Built with nanotech - smaller than a virus. ➝ Your own iPhone runs on billions of transistors. ➝ Packed into a space smaller than a grain of sand. But building tiny wasn’t the goal - it was unlocking what’s possible at that scale. 2/ ➠ Engineering at the Atomic Level Here’s where fiction became fact. ➝ Science fiction turned real. ➝ Faster, smaller, smarter chips. ➝ Atomic-scale precision in manufacturing. ➝ Nanotech operates between 1-100 nanometers. And once we mastered the small, we made it powerful. 3/ ➠ More Power, Less Space This is how we win. ➝ Efficiency without compromise. ➝ Moore's Law is evolving. ➝ Chips shrink - performance grows. ➝ FinFET & GAA transistors drive progress. And this tech isn’t limited to your pocket. 4/ ➠ Beyond the iPhone: The Ripple Effect Nanotech powers entire industries. ➝ This is just the beginning. ➝ Graphene may replace silicon. ➝ Chips today - cures tomorrow. ➝ Drives solar, batteries & medicine. But the biggest lesson isn’t about tech - it’s about what we don’t see. 5/ ➠ The Real Lesson Behind Tiny Tech Progress hides in the invisible. ➝ We now design at atomic level. ➝ It's not size - it's mastery. ➝ Precision beats brute force. ➝ Breakthroughs you’ll never see. Terminator is No Longer Sci-Fi - It’s Real! ⤵ Remember when robots looked like clunky metal boxes? That era is over. Meet Atlas - Boston Dynamics’ latest humanoid robot. Put some clothes and a mask on it, and you might not even notice it walking down the street. And this is just the beginning… 1/ Meet Atlas ➠ The Future of Robotics is Here Gone are the days of stiff, mechanical movements. The latest version of Atlas is fully electric and eerily human-like. ➝ No more hydraulic pistons - just smooth, precise motion ➝ AI-driven learning makes it more adaptable ➝ Could easily pass for a human at a glance Boston Dynamics just redefined what’s possible in robotics. But how did they pull this off? 2/ The Tech Behind the Machine ➠ How It Became So Real Atlas doesn’t just move - it learns. AI and motion capture allow it to adapt and behave like a real person. ➝ Reinforcement learning fine-tunes every movement ➝ Motion capture lets it mimic human behavior ➝ Animation techniques ensure fluid, lifelike motion What’s even more impressive? This is just the start. 3/ The Next Phase ➠ Soft Robotics Are Coming The next frontier isn’t just about movement - it’s about feel. Imagine robots with skin that flexes like ours. ➝ Lighter, more flexible materials ➝ Less rigid, more human-like motion ➝ A shift from “robot” to “realistic companion” Once robots look and move like us, what’s stopping them from blending in completely? 4/ What Happens Next? ➠ The Uncanny Future We’re heading into strange territory. These machines are starting to blur the lines between technology and life itself. ➝ Soon, we won’t be able to tell the difference ➝ AI will make decisions without human input ➝ Society will need to redefine human vs. machine 💭 This is about to get weird… fast. Words will make you - or break you ⤵ Most people think communication is about talking. Wrong. It’s about impact. And the people with the most impact? They obsess over every word. Mohammed Qahtani proved it when he won the Toastmasters World Championship by showing how words can manipulate minds or move them. Let’s break it down: 1/ ➠ Words aren’t harmless. They’re lethal or liberating. ➝ Words don’t just express - they influence. ↳ Beliefs are built or broken by them. ➝ Qahtani proved it by defending smoking with fake logic. ↳ Audience laughed, then listened. ➝ That’s persuasion. ↳ And that’s power. 2/ ➠ Your mouth is either your greatest asset or your worst liability. ➝ Say something true the wrong way - and it dies. ↳ Truth doesn’t matter if no one hears it. ➝ Say something false the right way - and it lives. ↳ Perception beats reality in public speaking. ➝ That’s why word choice is everything. ↳ And most people wing it. 3/ ➠ Don’t be fooled - people judge you by your words. ➝ Every sentence builds your personal brand. ↳ You’re selling yourself every time you speak. ➝ That includes Slack messages, LinkedIn posts, and Zoom calls. ↳ Words don’t vanish - they echo. ➝ You either control the narrative - or it controls you. ↳ Your silence won’t save you. 4/ ➠ Mohammed Qahtani didn’t start as a speaker - he stuttered. ➝ He joined Toastmasters in 2009 with a speech impediment. ↳ He left in 2015 as a world champion. ➝ The message? Anyone can master their voice. ↳ It takes reps. It takes guts. ➝ But mostly - it takes intention. ↳ No more autopilot communication. 5/ ➠ Words are power. The question is - are you using yours? ➝ Every post, pitch, or meeting is a test. ↳ Are you clear or confusing? ➝ Are you connecting or just talking? ↳ Are your words working for you or against you? FEAR isn’t what’s holding you back. You are. ⤵ FEAR has two meanings: Forget Everything And Run. Or... Face Everything And Rise. You choose. Most people pick the first. Let’s talk about how to choose the second👇 1/ ➠ Fear Ain’t the Problem ➝ Everyone feels fear — it’s natural ➝ It’s not a stop sign, it’s a signal ➝ Fear becomes a prison when you let it You don’t beat fear by avoiding it. You beat it by walking through it. 2/ ➠ Own It or Be Owned ➝ Name your fear — out loud ➝ Ignoring it gives it control ➝ Calling it out gives you power FEAR = Face Everything And Rise. But first... you’ve got to face it. 3/ ➠ Action Breaks Fear ➝ Action kills anxiety ➝ Do it scared ➝ Start small. Keep moving. You don’t need confidence to act. You need action to build confidence. 4/ ➠ Your Circle Shapes Your Strength ➝ Energy’s contagious ➝ Cut the fearful ➝ Keep the fearless Surround yourself with people who live “Face Everything And Rise” — daily. 5/ ➠ Choose Growth or Stay Stuck ➝ Growth hurts — that’s normal ➝ Fear guards your next level ➝ Rise anyway FEAR isn’t your enemy — it’s your invitation to level up. Most people run from fear. The bold rise through it. ▶ What would change if you saw fear as your guide? ▶ What if "rising" meant doing it with fear, not without it? ▶ What does FEAR really mean to you? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: via Nazanin Bigdeli // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
How to close the impossible deal: ⤵ They say empathy sells. But that’s just the beginning. To close the impossible deal, you need more than just a warm heart and good intentions. You need to be rock solid reliable. Here’s how the pros do it: 1/ ➠ Empathy Isn’t the Hero - It’s Just the Doorway Empathy opens the conversation. But don’t stop there. ➝ Understanding your prospect’s emotions isn’t enough ➝ Feeling their pain doesn’t make you trustworthy ➝ Every manipulative brand plays the empathy card ↳ Facebook “gets us” - yet we don’t trust them 2/ ➠ Reliability - The Real Trust-Builder Empathy gets you in the room. Reliability keeps you there. ➝ Trust is built when promises are kept ➝ Consistency earns more than charisma ➝ Reliability outlasts empathy every time ↳ Show up - follow through - repeat 3/ ➠ What It Actually Means to Be Reliable Reliability isn’t flashy. It’s foundational. ➝ Keep your word - even on the small stuff ➝ Show up ready - every single time ➝ Wrap up with the same energy you started with ↳ Don’t ghost after the close 4/ ➠ Don’t Just Say It - Prove It Talk is cheap. Execution is everything. ➝ Send what you said you’d send ➝ Call when you said you’d call ➝ Overdeliver without bragging ↳ Execution > excuses 5/ ➠ Make Promises - The Right Ones Promise wisely. Follow through ruthlessly. ➝ Promise what you can deliver ➝ Avoid overpromising just to impress ➝ Adjust quickly if things shift ↳ Keep trust - even when things change Empathy gets applause. Reliability gets results. If you want to truly close that impossible deal - Be the one they can count on, not just the one who “gets them.” ▶ What happens when empathy is used as manipulation? ▶ How do you rebuild trust after breaking a promise? ▶ Can vulnerability make up for lack of competency? ▶ When should you not keep a promise? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: Video Credits go to Shari Levitin - Rehumanizing Sales // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
104% tariff? China’s AI community just turned this tariff into a meme: ⤵ Before we dive in - let’s make this crystal clear: This isn’t about politics. It’s about reality. And the reality is this: You can’t tariff your way back to the past. Not when factories run on code. Not when robots don’t strike. Not when AI works 24/7 and doesn’t complain about dental. Let’s break this down - 1/ Ray Dalio’s Insights on Tariffs and Global Dynamics ➠ "The main point of the tariffs isn't the tariffs" - Ray Dalio ➝ Tariffs are signals, not solutions ➝ Systemic shifts require systemic thinking ↳ It's not just trade - it’s transformation Dalio's take cuts deep: Fix the system, not just the symptoms. 2/ The “Factory Job” Fairy Tale Is Dead ➠ Tariffs don’t bring back lunch-pail America ➝ Robots now weld Teslas without clocking in ➝ AI calibrates bolts while humans sip kombucha ➝ Chad monitors from a MacBook, not a forklift ↳ If you’re not coding, you’re out of the loop You wanted jobs back. You got them - just not the ones you recognize. 3/ The New Industrial Boom Isn’t Human ➠ “Made in USA” now means data centers, not drill presses ➝ Crypto gets mined, not coal ➝ OSHA manuals? Courtesy of ChatGPT ➝ Assembly lines don’t need coffee breaks ↳ But they do need devs who speak Python It’s not about hard hats anymore - It’s about hard drives. 4/ Global Panic, Local Comedy ➠ China calls it bullying ➝ Europe’s markets spiral ➝ Trump calls it “medicine” ➝ Shapiro calls it “economic self-harm” ↳ But your Amazon cart just got 20% more expensive While economists debate... AI just updated to the next version. 5/ Your Move in the Machine Age ➠ Keep shouting about supply chains ➝ Let ChatGPT polish your résumé ➝ Or learn to lead teams of machines ↳ Robots don’t gossip, but they break often Your job isn’t being replaced by AI - It’s being redefined by it. 6/ “Make America Great Again” Looks Different Now ➠ Great doesn’t mean greasy overalls ➝ Great means upskilling ➝ Great means teaching robots what to do ↳ Or you’ll be replaced by a frothy latte and a guy named Mike The machine doesn’t care about tariffs. But it will take your job - unless you take charge first. ▶ Can you lead a team of robots? ▶ Are you still thinking like it’s 1990? ▶ What happens when “blue-collar” becomes “blue-screen”? // Repost this ⇄ // Sources: - Thanks Jonas Surmann for pointing me towards Ray Dalio: https://lnkd.in/eyfWwSGa - BBC: https://lnkd.in/ekCgCEjZ - Video via Ameer kapri 🚀 - CBS: https://lnkd.in/erwJG2QN // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
Failure isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.⤵ Everyone fails. Some use it as fuel. Others use it as an excuse. The difference? How fast you get up and what you do next. Here’s how to recover from failure and come back stronger: ⸻ 1/ Accept Reality ➠ Face it head-on ➝ Failure isn’t personal—it’s feedback. ➝ Own your mistakes instead of making excuses. ➝ Denial delays progress. Acceptance accelerates it. If you keep blaming circumstances, you stay stuck. If you take responsibility, you take control. ⸻ 2/ Extract the Lesson ➠ Learn fast, move forward ➝ What went wrong? Be brutally honest. ➝ What can you change? Adjust your approach. ➝ What will you never repeat? Burn that into memory. Lessons don’t appear on their own. You have to dig deep and extract them. ⸻ 3/ Rebuild with Resilience ➠ Strength is in the comeback ➝ Drop the self-pity. It serves no one. ➝ Build new strategies, not new excuses. ➝ Confidence comes from action, not hope. You’re not starting over. You’re starting smarter. That makes all the difference. ⸻ 4/ Surround Yourself Wisely ➠ Cut dead weight ➝ Losers will tell you to quit. Ignore them. ➝ Winners fail, learn, and rise—be around them. ➝ The right circle fuels your comeback. Your environment shapes your outcome. Choose wisely. ⸻ 5/ Execute Relentlessly ➠ No progress without action ➝ Planning is useless without execution. ➝ Small wins rebuild momentum. ➝ Relentless action beats talent every time. Waiting won’t fix anything. Action will. ⸻ ▶ What’s the worst failure you’ve ever had? ▶ How did it shape your next move? ▶ Are you failing forward—or just failing? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: via Kawadeep Singh // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
You don’t grow when life is easy. You grow because of the damn ups & downs. ⤵ Ever noticed how your biggest leaps didn’t come when things were smooth? They came after you got punched in the face by life. Growth is messy, uncomfortable, and often painful - but that’s exactly why it works. Here’s how to turn every up & down into rocket fuel for your development: 1/ ➠ Growth starts where comfort ends We’ll start with the obvious truth: You can’t grow inside your cozy little bubble. ➝ Your "circle" is killing your growth ➝ Comfort keeps you safe but stuck ➝ Step out, the real game starts there ↳ Outside the circle = infinite potential ↳ Inside the circle = predictable, boring, limited Once you realize your comfort zone is a cage, you’ll want to break out fast. 2/ ➠ Stop waiting for feedback - hunt it down Okay, now you’re outside the circle. Good. But don’t stop there. ➝ "Open to feedback" is weak ➝ Be the person who asks relentlessly ➝ People won’t tell you unless you force them ↳ Passive feedback = slow growth ↳ Active feedback = exponential growth You don’t grow by hoping someone gives you feedback. You grow by demanding it. 3/ ➠ Play the "Win or Learn" game daily Now you’re outside the circle and asking for feedback. Here’s how to make sure you never waste the ups & downs. ➝ Wins feel good but teach little ➝ Losses sting but shape you ➝ End your day with 3 wins, 3 lessons ↳ Progress beats perfection ↳ No losses if you learn from them This is how you turn chaos into clarity - every single day. _____ The people who grow the fastest? They embrace the ups, the downs, the bruises, the feedback, and the failures. That’s why they win. _____ ▶ What’s one circle you’re still scared to step out of? ▶ Who’s the person you’ve never asked for feedback - but should? ▶ What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned from your last failure? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: Video via Lara Bothur // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
