Hey there! I'm Jeremy - a former world champion athlete turned entrepreneur, AI consultant, and keynote speaker. Innovation and Sci-Fi always inspired me. When I first got into tech, I felt like an impostor. Though I studied industrial engineering, I was an athlete at heart - not a computer scientist or coder. But I knew emerging technologies like AI and blockchain would shape our future. I didn't want to sit on the sidelines. So I started reading, learning, and diving into how to build tech solutions and did experiments. By accident, I got involved in building out data centers for AI and programmatic advertising over a decade ago with Facebook and Google. I had mentors who showed me the ropes. I became an executive, built a few companies and did over 9-figures in sales. Over time, I assembled a unique toolkit combining growth strategies from the sports world with an understanding of exponential technologies. I did not have clarity at first. And I realized - I wasn't alone. So many leaders and entrepreneurs felt overwhelmed by how fast tech was changing. They got stuck in analysis paralysis. They didn't know where to start. I knew I could help. I started consulting, guiding organizations on how to integrate disruptive innovations into their business strategies and culture. I partnered with leading brands to develop cutting-edge use cases leveraging AI, blockchain, and more. I saw how demystifying these complex technologies opened up new possibilities. Simplifying them into actionable steps helped leaders embrace change rather than hide from it. Now I want to pay forward all that I've learned - from AI TO ZΞN, integrating tech and business strategies with personal growth and development. I hope to see you in the comments, in one of my courses or during a 1:1 consultation.

You don’t need more experience... ...you need someone to tell you the truth. ⤵ Most professionals hit a wall. Not from lack of talent. But from lack of truth. You can be great... Most People Never Do This. But those Who Do? Change Their Life. ⤵ Before you chase clarity, growth, or big goals... Start here: 👉 “How can I [achieve your goal] by [specific deadline]?” Write it at the top of a blank page. Then write 20 answers. Not 5. Not 10. Twenty. Welcome to Mindstorming — a technique from Brian Tracy. It’s uncomfortable. It’s raw. And it works. Here’s why: 1/ ➠ Most People Don’t Know How to Think ➝ They scroll. ➝ They react. ➝ They recycle old ideas. ↳ Mindstorming demands original thinking 2/ ➠ Why 20 Ideas Is the Magic Number ➝ First 5? 92M jobs will be lost. 170M will be created. But most people won’t be ready for either. ⤵ AI won’t replace you. But someone using it better… might. The real threat isn’t the tech. It’s the gap between who adapts and who doesn’t. And here’s the kicker: The AI-native workforce isn’t just technical. It’s resilient. Creative. Strategic. Lifelong learners who lead - not just execute. Because in a world where roles evolve faster than résumés, The most valuable skill is the ability to stay valuable. 1/ The Illusion of Time ➠ 2030 sounds distant - but it’s not. ➝ 170M new jobs ➝ 92M gone ↳ Nearly 1 in 4 roles will change ➠ 40% of today’s skills? ➝ Obsolete ↳ Burned by speed, not age ➠ 59% will need reskilling ➝ 1 in 5 won’t get it ↳ That’s the silent collapse This isn't disruption. Let that sink in: ⤵ Most people spend their lives chasing paychecks. But here’s the ugly truth: 0% of the richest people are employees. Stop measuring hours. Start measuring impact.⤵ You don't need more clock-watchers. You need people who move the needle. And guess what? They don’t always come with a perfect résumé. Here’s how I spot them - and how you can too: 1/ ➠ Resumes Don’t Build Great Teams ➝ Fancy titles don’t mean results ➝ Ivy League doesn’t guarantee grit ➝ Experience ≠ execution ↳ Talent often hides in plain sight Start looking at people beyond the paper. Impact doesn’t come with a degree. 2/ ➠ 2 Signals to Actually Hire for ➝ High "Give-a-Shit" meter ➝ Unteachable hustle ➝ Growth mindset over credentials ↳ Raw beats polished every time If they care and they grind, you can teach the rest. That’s the foundation of performance. 3/ ➠ Proof Is in the Progress ➝ Started in support ➝ Earned the spotlight ➝ No shortcuts, just results ↳ Earned every step Roles can change. Titles can follow. Results are what move people forward. 4/ ➠ What We Measured (And What We Didn’t) ➝ Output over optics ➝ Value over visibility ➝ Delivery over desk-time ↳ We measured results, not routines Nobody wins awards for being busy. They win by delivering value. 5/ ➠ Leaders: Stop Playing It Safe ➝ Take more chances ➝ Bet on potential ➝ Build on trust ↳ Great leaders create greatness Stop trying to hire perfect. Most leaders screw this up (even though it’s free) ⤵ We overcomplicate motivation. Think it takes big budgets, fancy perks, or endless incentives. But the truth? The most powerful motivator doesn’t cost a thing: Let your team know they matter. Not through words alone—but through actions. Here’s how real leaders do it: 1/ ➠ Motivation isn’t money. It’s meaning. ➝ People don’t leave companies. They leave people. ➝ And mostly, they leave leaders who don’t give a damn. ↳ If your team feels invisible, don’t expect them to perform. So before you throw another pizza party, try presence instead. 2/ ➠ Want a team that goes the extra mile? ➝ Show up to 1-on-1s like they matter. ➝ Ditch the distractions. ↳ Actually listen. Listening is louder than any motivational speech. 3/ ➠ Growth matters more than perks. ➝ People want to move forward. ➝ Create a path. ↳ Help them walk it. When people see a future, they stay. 4/ ➠ “Thank you” is underrated leadership. ➝ Say it. ➝ Mean it. ↳ Often. Recognition costs nothing, but pays dividends. 5/ ➠ Respect isn’t earned, it’s given first. ➝ Don’t fake kindness. ➝ Stay respectful—even when it's hard. ↳ That’s leadership. Consistency beats charisma every time. 6/ ➠ Feedback without action is a joke. ➝ Ask. ➝ Listen. ↳ Do something with it. It’s not feedback if nothing changes. Your team isn’t asking for more money. These 5 laws are always working. You’re either using them - or they’re using you. (Read this before life teaches you the hard way.) ⤵ Most people aren't lazy. They're just busy… Playing a game they don't understand. Master these 5 laws - or life keeps slapping you with them. Every. Single. Time. 1/ ➠ Murphy’s Law - What you fear, you invite. We don't fear the future. We create it with our fears. ➝ Fear fuels reality ↳ Dread it? It shows up. ↳ Think it? You summon it. ↳ Focus on failure? You build it. 2/ ➠ Kidlin’s Law - Define the problem, dissolve the chaos. People don’t have problem problems. They have clarity problems. ➝ Clarity cuts problems in half ↳ Name it? You tame it. ↳ Write it? You shrink it. ↳ Define it? You solve it. 3/ ➠ Gilbert’s Law - Your results are your responsibility. Responsibility is uncomfortable - But so is regret. ➝ Ownership beats excuses ↳ No one owes you success. ↳ Blame solves nothing. ↳ You = the process AND the result. 4/ ➠ Wilson’s Law - Smart minds build rich lives. Wealth isn’t luck. It’s a byproduct of how you think. ➝ Wisdom builds wealth ↳ Knowledge compounds. ↳ Smart choices = rich returns. ↳ Learn first. Earn next. 5/ ➠ Law of Attraction - What you focus on finds you. Desire without focus is just noise. And noise doesn’t manifest results. ➝ Desire directs destiny ↳ Focus feeds outcome. ↳ Intentions create momentum. ↳ What you want wants you. These laws don’t ask for permission. They run the game. Robots just took over the most dangerous job in the world. Firefighter robots have officially arrived. ⤵ You don’t solve danger by adding more humans. You solve it by sending in something that doesn’t die. And finally - someone built that something. 1/ ➠ Firefighting is brutal ➝ It’s chaos: flames, smoke, gas, collapse ➝ Humans walk into hell - daily ➝ Risk is constant, death is near That’s the job these bots were built for. You Win. I Don’t Care. ⤵ Argue all you want. I’m not playing. I’ve learned the hard way: some people don’t want truth - they want a fight. So I stopped auditioning for their drama. Now? If you tell me the sky is green and 1 x 1 = 5… Congrats. You’re a genius. I’m out. How about you? 1/ ➠ Some Fights Just Aren’t Worth It ➝ Most debates drain energy, not grow insight ➝ Winning an argument doesn’t mean you’ve won anything ➝ If someone thinks 1 + 1 = 5... ↳ Let them be brilliant in their own delusion We’ve all been there - tempted to correct nonsense. But here's the kicker: not every battle is yours to fight. 2/ ➠ Choose Peace Over Proving Points ➝ Logic rarely works on emotional minds ➝ Silence speaks louder than ego ➝ Your peace is more valuable than being right ↳ Protect it with disinterest When you stop needing to be the smartest person in the room - you become the wisest. 3/ ➠ Let Foolishness Starve Without Your Attention ➝ Validation isn’t your responsibility ➝ Every opinion doesn’t need a reaction ➝ You owe people nothing - not even correction ↳ Walk away without guilt Disengagement isn’t weakness - it’s discipline in disguise. 4/ ➠ Wisdom Knows When To Shut Up ➝ Time is your most limited asset ➝ Arguing with fools? That’s optional ➝ Maturity means knowing when to disengage ↳ Pride doesn’t pay your bills The smartest people in the room? They’re usually the quietest. 5/ ➠ The Real Flex? Not Needing to Be Right ➝ Inner peace over outer validation ➝ Growth looks like restraint ➝ You’re not avoiding conflict - you’re rising above it ↳ And that’s power most can’t handle You don’t have to win. This talk is a must-watch (!) for every parent of young children.⤵ Want to shape the future? Start with peekaboo. Molly Wright - a seven-year-old - broke down childhood development better than most adults ever could. Here’s why her message hits hard - and what it means for you: 1/ The First Five Years Are Everything ➠ Brains grow fastest before kindergarten ➝ 1 million new connections per second ↳ 90% of brain built by age 5 ➠ Development is driven by people ➝ Not apps. Not toys. ↳ Just you ➠ Serve and return builds brains ➝ Copycat games create empathy ↳ Peekaboo builds trust It all starts before they even talk. 2/ What Kids Really Need From You ➠ Not more money ➝ More moments ↳ More presence ➠ Do the basics - daily ➝ Connect. Talk. Play. ↳ Safe home. Strong community. ➠ Kids feel what’s unsaid ➝ They sense the gaps ↳ And fill them with fear Show up. That’s the job. 3/ What Disconnection Really Does ➠ Ignoring isn’t neutral ➝ It’s stress ↳ It rewires trust ➠ Silence speaks louder than words ➝ Kids blame themselves ↳ Then shut down ➠ Reconnection repairs ➝ It restores safety ↳ And opens the mind Your attention builds their foundation. 4/ Play Is Brainwork ➠ Every giggle wires circuits ➝ Every laugh shapes identity ↳ Every second builds the future ➠ Learning starts in the womb ➝ Mom’s voice is the first signal ↳ Dad’s games are the next ➠ Play is not optional ➝ It’s critical ↳ It’s the curriculum Play isn’t a break from development. It is development. Now ask yourself What if we treated parenting like policy? ▶ Why do we not train parents like teachers? ▶ Why is playtime often undervalued? ▶ What if connection came first? ▶ What happens if we don’t? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: TED Talk by Molly Wright Watch her full talk here: https://lnkd.in/dss_X5xx // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf //
If you don’t trust your team, stop calling yourself a leader. ⤵ Most leaders say they trust their team. But when it’s time to prove it — they grip tighter. Control feels safe. But trust creates power. If you wouldn’t jump without a parachute and know your team will catch you — You’re not building a team. You’re avoiding failure. 1/ ➠ Mistrust destroys more teams than failure ever will. ➝ Micromanaging suffocates talent. ↳ People shrink instead of stretch. ➝ Suspicion slows execution. ↳ People second-guess. Progress halts. ➝ Leaders who don’t trust shouldn’t expect trust. ↳ You can’t demand loyalty you haven’t earned. 2/ ➠ Radical trust builds unstoppable teams. ➝ Confidence spreads. ↳ Culture thrives. Results follow. ➝ Trust creates speed. ↳ Decisions get made. Fast. ➝ Great teams leap without safety nets. ↳ They don’t fear falling. 3/ ➠ Leadership isn’t control — it’s letting go. ➝ Risk is required. ↳ No leap, no growth. ➝ Autonomy unlocks ownership. ↳ People start acting like it’s theirs. ➝ Delegation reveals capability. ↳ You learn what they’re really made of. 4/ ➠ The Travis Pastrana Principle: Would you jump without a parachute? ➝ If you can’t leap, they won’t either. ↳ Fear spreads faster than confidence. ➝ Most leaders wouldn’t even trust their team with a deadline. ↳ And wonder why morale sucks. ➝ He trusted his team with his life. ↳ That’s not metaphor. That’s mindset. 5/ ➠ If your team wouldn’t catch you mid-air, you’re not leading — you’re managing. ➝ Build trust, or break your team. ↳ That’s the choice. ➝ Teams don’t form under pressure. ↳ They form under belief. ➝ Managing is survival. ↳ Leading is transformation. Final Thought: Leadership without trust is just control in a nicer suit. ▶ What does your team feel when you delegate? ▶ Do they fear mistakes or feel trusted? ▶ Would you jump without a parachute? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: Adapted from leadership principles and a true story about Travis Pastrana // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf
