Jess is a 1:1 and group Self Leadership and Emotional Agility Coach, and Co-Founder of The 3E Space Ltd. A member of the Complimentary Medical Association, Jess is trained in Team Leadership, Breakthrough Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, somatics and Breathwork. Jess runs peer support groups for adult children of alcoholics (1 in 5), highly sensitive people (20% - 30% of the population), and entrepreneurs prone to burnout, as well as facilitating and holding space for vital mental and emotional health support.
