Executive with Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, eComm, MarTech, Product and Sales experience and proven leader for transformations, start-ups and turnarounds. I’ve led a number of high performing teams in a way that drove followership as I was always focused on supporting my teammates and helping them to succeed. I was fortunate to have taken on leadership positions in a number of different businesses over my tenure at BofA. Often this involved quickly getting up learning curves and giving new direction to a team that needed fresh leadership. These opportunities were sometimes triggered by macro-economic events, reorganizations or acquisitions. As far as the latter, I was a member of 3 legacy companies that were acquired and each time I was given a new role with more scope. We hit sales goals in Digital, drove Client Satisfaction to new levels, increased levels of Digital Adoption to drive efficiency and used those dollars to reinvest in the business. Along the way, the best demonstration of success to me was not only the P&L success we generated by also the high employee retention rate we achieved. Leading transformation/change is never an easy thing. I built strong partnerships across the organization in my executive roles to communicate the strategy and to secure various constituents' help in 'selling' the new approaches. We constructed a new client segmentation framework, leveraging analytics and research, and quickly implemented numerous use-cases by adopting new technologies. I was able to succeed at this kind of role by leaning on my experiences in the past such as, 1) launching @MerrillEdge (now 165k followers), 2) launching the Face Retirement app (winner of numerous industry awards) and, 3) securing a significant budget allocation for the BofA tech stack in 2029 that enabled the Bank to respond to the crisis of 2020. Since making the decision to take on new challenges from BofA, I have consulted with several companies on a wide variety of issues such as: Digital and CMO organizational design, Digital Adoption and Sales Funnel Strategies, Loyalty Programs, MarTech Transformation, and the Role of Marketing to Drive Business Outcomes. In addition, I consulted with an Energy Services Company to help them optimize their Marketing Strategies for Growth and Engagement. In addition to these engagements, I am a guest lecturer on Marketing to Graduate Students at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business in NYC.
