I'm from Odesa, Ukraine, and I'm what you might call a multipotentiality. Even while holding managerial roles, I always find myself exploring new ventures. Currently, I work as a webinar funnel manager, mentor projects, lead content marketing, and teach courses. My journey began in 2009 with my first official job. That year, on May 20th, I underwent lung surgery at the age of 18 after battling tuberculosis for three years. Just two months later, on July 20th, I returned to work part-time after the surgery, gradually increasing my hours until I worked full days. Instead of going to university or college, I chose to start working. Spending five years on education that might not be necessary seemed unreasonable to me. Since then, I've held various positions, often rising through tough competition. Along the way, I discovered a passion for social media marketing, which eventually led me to transition fully into the marketing team at an advertising agency. This decision had a significant impact on my life and career, as I fell in love with marketing and its ability to create fame out of nothing, just by using social networks. I found joy in competing, pushing boundaries, and being part of a team. My passion for marketing grew stronger with time. Despite facing challenges, including three layoffs in the past three years, I remained determined to succeed. I started thinking about starting my own business, something real and useful. And so, I started my own business - a personal branding lab. My goal is to help experts, teachers, psychologists, and business owners develop their products using their name and professionalism. I especially want to support women in emerging industries. Everyone has potential and opportunities, they just need the right support and frameworks to succeed. With my resources, ideas, knowledge, and passion, I'm dedicated to developing my business and creating job opportunities for other women in the IT and marketing fields. I believe in amplifying the voices of talented women worldwide, and that's my mission today.

You can’t take shortcuts with personal content creation. No one just wakes up to a profile packed with posts and killer reach. Writing a single post can take 30–120 minutes (sometimes longer), and deciding what to write about can take anywhere from zero minutes to forever. Everything takes time. The real grind is sitting down, coming up with ideas, and organizing them—especially if you don’t do this every day. Even seasoned content creators freeze when they have to create content for themselves, and that’s totally normal. So, what’s the hardest part for you—drafting the posts, shooting the photos, or maybe you’re not convinced you need content at all? Do you feel as if you need someone to hold your hand while you write or help you figure out what to say?
Your personal brand is your project, your product, and your digital avatar—think of it as a Sim or a Tamagotchi. You’ve got to nurture it, introduce it to other personal brands, and keep an eye on it so it doesn’t dry up. To make that happen, it needs food—content: news hooks, ideas, creativity, and visuals. Content is the fuel that gets your personal brand moving. That means you should always be stockpiling: ✦ An idea ✦ A topic ✦ A photo or video ✦ Copy ✦ An insight But what if you don’t know how to create all that? What if you have no clue what to write about and can’t see the potential hiding in plain sight? On a mentoring call today, I suggested two approaches: ➊ Option One: Use a gratitude practice for business. At the end of each day, jot down three events or thoughts you could share publicly—an interesting call, a new partner or client, a failure, an insight, or a reaction to some piece of information. Write down those three points every day; sooner or later, some of them will blossom into full posts. ➋ Option Two: Turn everything you do into a unit of content. Went for a walk with your kid? Snap a photo. On a call? Grab a screenshot. At a conference? Take bullet-point notes for a post. Watching a webinar? Clip the most interesting part. Your goal is to train your brain to spot opportunities for content creation. Yes, ChatGPT can brainstorm topics, but it doesn’t know what you did today, it doesn’t listen to your calls, and it can’t read your mind. For it to create posts for you, you still have to feed it a prompt and those prompts come from the ideas you’ve collected using the methods above. Good luck!
