As a Business Psychologist and Behavioural Scientist, I tend to lean on published examples of great ideas, tweaked to fit my client's issues. If i need to find something new, I've got the skills of a great researcher. Finding something new about the topic, pulling information into the easiest form, and building a team to apply what we've learnt. It's passion and a want to help that drives me, and a measurable business case is always the sign of a job well done. I've built products and processes to help others use behavioural science, I talk and I write on the topics from a behavioural science viewpoint, and my ultimate goal is to train everyone so well in what I know that I make myself redundant.
