Stop trying to go viral it's a trap! 🚨 Chasing viral views is like turning up to a track day in a Reliant Robin 🚗 I'm not here for it, in fact I'd go as far to say, it's a bad strategy! Vanity metrics may make you feel fuzzy inside, but large numbers and none converting can leave you doubting your life choices. So what does real strategy look like? 🕺🏻 Defined Audience 🛣️ Clear understanding of customer journey 🎥 Video purposely placed, that speak to that audience, with the right CTA's to aid and speed up that journey Viral is often a fluke, strategy is a system and systems scale. I've seen videos with 1,000's of views make no sales, yet I've seen videos with 10's of views make £1,000's 💵 --- Follow for more content tips 🔥

You've been told to film in front of a window, but I'm not sure that's the best option... So how about we try and add a layer of production value to your calls and webinars on the cheap! I think this could really change how your zoom calls look 🎥 So the normal advice is, window in front, not behind. Now this is true, behind you will get what we call 'blooming' the fuzzy light that wraps around you reducing detail on your face. It also makes your camera choose between lighting you, or the blinding sun ☀️ So we know the window should go in front, light your face, etc. However there is still a downfall here. Sun light is uncontrollable. We've all had those calls where our image keeps going brighter and darker as the sun dips in and out of the clouds. One of the first things I look for when I get to a shoot is; where is the natural light and how much control do we have? We want to maintain consistency which we can't do with British weather and the sun moving across the sky. So here's what you can get to massively level up your image: ✅ Cheap LED ring light or light panel to light you (doesn't have to be big) ✅ Black out blinds/Curtains (we want to block out the sun so we can control the environment) ✅ RGB lights (small RGB lights or bulbs for lamps, this will add subtle colour branding, but also colour contrast allowing you to pop off the backdrop) 80% of any video on any level is made or broken by lighting. This is an easy way to make even your laptop camera look like a professional setting 🎥🔥

How We Turn 1 Talk into 42 Pieces of Content 🎥🔥 And you can too! You've nailed your talk, the room loved it, so why keep it to just the room? If it was captured (which in my opinion if it wasn't you're missing a trick), then let's prep it for the digital stage! We all know no one's going to watch it in its entirety off the bat. So let's maximise it's visibility and Shatter it out! 1 Hour Talk: • 🎥 The full talk itself (this could serve as an SEO rich place to send people who want to see and hear the full talk) • 🎥 x20 Short form Videos (20-60 second videos that provoke, create intrigue or insight, motivate and deliver value) • 🎥 x3 Macro Videos (3-5 minute videos, demonstrating more depth, understanding and experience, good for positioning) • 🎥 BTS (consider filming yourself prepping for the talk, before going on stage, after and final thoughts to compile in a video) • 👨🏻 x5 Quote Graphics (utilise photography of yourself and from a transcription of the talk, ask ChatGPT to pull out insightful quotes from your speech) • ✍🏻 x5 Testimonial Graphics (Whilst talking to people after your talk, consider noting down snippets of their feedback and use as testimonial graphics) • 📝 LinkedIn Article (transcribe the talk, pop it into ChatGPT and tell it about your experience at the talk and ask it to summarise your talk and/or the experience into a LinkedIn article) • 📝 Website Blog (Similar to the article above) • 📧 x5 Email Series Sequence (Ask ChatGPT to break your talk into a 5 email nurture sequence to act as a series giving an overview of your messaging) This is as a base, depending on what's in your talk, you could potentially find more content within! Let's be real, you're busy, you haven't got the time to go through all that content, drop a '🎥' let us Shatter it for you!

You don’t have a personal brand problem. You have a personality hiding problem. Most entrepreneurs say they want to build a personal brand. But what they really mean is: 👁️ “I want to be visible… but not too visible.” 🤵🏻‍♂️ “I want to stand out… but still look professional.” 🎥 “I want to be authentic… but only the polished version.” The truth? You can't outsource personality. And you can’t fake connection. The personal brands we love aren't perfect. They’re real. They’re specific. They stand for something. Even if it ruffles a few feathers along the way. So if your content feels safe, beige, or over-edited… That’s the problem. Not the algorithm. Time to give more of you, and believe me, this is an area I've struggled with (and still do) in a big way! You don’t need a full rebrand. What if 1 powerful video could do more than 30 posts ever did? When you speak on stage you own the room, your content should do the same on the digital stage. ❌ The amount you post isn't the problem. ❌ The quality of those images and videos isn't the problem ✅ Clarity is the problem I see so many speakers and coaches hitting the same barrier, fire on stage, invisible online... Just because you're not doing an event, doesn't mean you haven't got value to give. Just make sure it's your audience who benefits. It's got to serve their wants, needs, pains and desires. A wild prepping Ninja appeared 🥷🏻 One of the nicer names I've been given over the years 🤣 Originated by my incredible friend James Burtt 🎙️ (who I was on this awesome shoot with) the nickname ninja has often stuck. So why ninja? 🎥 My goal is to create visibility without being visible when tackling these events. Eyeing up opportunities to create content, capture images and video, without causing a fuss, without being intrusive Being height impaired definitely helps! My Lesson Learned with Arnold Schwarzenegger 🤖 Was sent to Barcelona to film the Arnolds Expo ☀️ Standard expo, bodybuilders protein stands and so much orange fake tan it would make Trump proud! We heard rumours Terminator himself was coming, didn't know when, didn't know where. Then we heard it. A wall of black-shirted monsters plowing through the crowd. Spanish people flying everywhere as they're launched out of the way by these human catapults. In the center of the cafuffle... Arnie himself, turns out he did come back, always said he would. Unbothered. Unhurried. Untouchable. 🚶🏻 Walked at his own pace 📸 Took a selfie 💨 And left Here's what stuck with me though. The way people looked at him, paid attention to him... That's the personal brand he's built. That's the authority he's created. Yes I was one of those people. Yes I took a cheeky selfie between getting shots of him for the video. And if you're consistent with your pace and message, the world moves around you. Hasta La Vista! 🎥🎥🎥

Posting 10x a week ≠ visibility. I see a lot of personal brands posting scatter gun content like mad. Daily clips. Quotes. Carousels. Yet no real direction. No clarity of message. Because consistency without clarity is just noise. Your audience doesn’t need more from you. They need better. That means: ✅ A clear Ideal Viewer (I.V the lifeblood of your content) 💉 ✅ Content that speaks to their pain/desire 🎥🔥 ✅ A reason to stop scrolling 🤳🏻 Volume without vision = burnout. But a strong message, aimed properly? That's strategic, it's impactful, it moves the needle.
