Founder & Chief Digital Strategist

Andrew Barton Laundry Systems

As a Laundromat Development Specialist at Andrew Barton Laundry Systems Pty Ltd, my role is to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service. I work closely with the senior management team to identify and develop market opportunities, and engage with new and existing customers to present and sell company products and services. My key responsibilities include:

🧺Meeting sales targets by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
🧺Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to meet customer needs and company objectives
🧺Developing and maintaining a client pipeline through company CRM software
🧺Overseeing the laundry project co-ordination process to ensure equipment and parts are delivered as required
🧺Responding to and following up on sales enquiries by telephone and personal visits
🧺Identifying and resolving customer concerns, including post-sale customer service if needed
🧺Monitoring and reporting on competitor and customer activities to inform business decisions
🧺Adhering to Occupational Safety and Health guidelines and representing Andrew Barton Laundry Systems Pty Ltd in a professional manner.

I also work closely with my clients to help them understand the risks and opportunities of owning a laundromat business. I provide them with a comprehensive analysis of the current market, insights on the latest trends, and help with fact-checking various sources. I maintain close relationships with my clients, providing them with ongoing support, advice, and guidance throughout the entire process. I stay up-to-date with industry news and developments, ensuring that my clients have access to the latest information and resources.

Vulcan

As an External Sales Representative at Vulcan, I was responsible for building strong relationships with external customers and effectively communicating the features and benefits of Vulcan Stainless products. I prepared weekly call plans and submitted comprehensive reports on sales activities and area development, while also maintaining complete and detailed records of customers and prospects within my assigned areas. I successfully managed major projects and consistently stayed abreast of developments in the marketplace, including competitor activity, new products, and other factors that may impact Vulcan Stainless' trading activities. Through my superior product knowledge and attentive customer service, I assisted customers in selecting materials and products and monitored competitor activity in the field to provide regular reports. Overall, my role involved driving sales and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, while adhering to the company's professional and ethical standards.
