SecuriThings is setting a new standard for IoT cloud security, by utilizing behavior analytics to analyze human & machine behavior and detect threats in real-time. It relies on concepts of User Behavior Analytics (UBA), while adding machine/device behavior analytics and risk models tailored to the IoT world. This layer of real-time security allows IoT providers to monitor their IoT applications 100% of the time, enact policies and mitigate attacks.
SecuriThings is a Microsoft Ventures startup founded by security experts from the Israel Defense Forces, RSA and NICE Systems.

Matomy

•	Led the development and execution annual sales strategy meeting all sales goals and targets for the year as planned; 
        based on this  was offered a promotion to a director level for 2017

•	Onboarding and training of new employees in the company

•	Built the Programmatic Sales team in the US

•	Managed the HQ and APAC sales team for Matomy’s programmatic offering 

•	Led conversations with strategic clients

•	Represented Matomy in all major US conferences in the year

Director of Programmatic Sales

•	Led the development and execution annual sales strategy meeting all sales goals and targets for the year 
         as planned; based on this  was offered a promotion to a director level for 2017

•	Recruited and manged the  on-boarding and training for new employees in the company

•	Devised and led training program for new sales department hires ensuring all new employees are able to 
        meet annual sale goals; shortening the training cycle from 6 months to 3 months

•	Built a strategic partnership  enabling Matomy Video to offer its inventory to Israeli 
        networks;  initiative expanded potential market, adding $2M in revenues YTD 

•	Developed sales partnership incubation process to help assess potential partners and projects; process 
        drove $0.5M in new revenue during Q3 FY16

Team Leader, Sales & Business Development

•Negotiated with premium networks and brands.

•Managed to sign partners that were defined as the “Wish list” by the delivery teams.

•Oversaw sales geographic expansion program, focusing on LATAM, UK and Australia.

•Represented Matomy in several international conferences.

•Initiated and led a strategic partnership with Adap.TV, enabling Matomy Video to offer its inventory to Israeli networks.


•Selected to tak part of the “Matomy Masters” class.

Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

•Developed Matomy’s advertiser video sales channel after identifying a business opportunity.

•Represented Matomy in several international conferences.

•Negotiated strategic new business partnerships with top Advertisers in the industry to deliver game-changing results in performance marketing via Matomy Media Group's multiple media channels, including: display, email, search, social, VC, content locking and mobile.

• Developed win-win partnerships by leveraging the full range of Matomy's media capabilities to create long-term successes with our clients.

• Own and develop several key verticals, including roll out of external marketing and internal awareness-raising activities.

Sales Manager

Israeli Military Intelligence

•Spearheaded the department’s annual end to end procurement plan efficiently.

•Proved the ability to learn new technologies with no prior knowledge (Per position).

•Worked together with other international armed forces to develop innovative technological solutions.

•Awarded “Best Technological Project” out of 60 nominees, for a project that revolutionized a unique need in the intelligence field.

•Managed five long-term projects, synchronizing various departments within and outside the unit, meeting strict deadlines

Project Manger

•Earned early promotion to Lieutenant, based on exceptional performance.

•Constructed the unit’s Knowledge Preservation platform, including initiation, approval and development.

•Commanded groups of five soldiers, nurturing two of them to go to officers school and become commanders in the unit.

Team Leader

 Following a 9 years service in the IDF, joined the private sector. Experienced Senior Manager Sales Business Development with a history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Shifted back to Cyber Security in 2018.
