Partnered with Honeywell CEO on 5-year strategic plan for 30+ BUs in a $5B portfolio. Instituted M&A criteria resulting in acquisition. * BUSINESS TURNAROUND – Turned around a $28M business with $500K margin experiencing margin/revenue erosion. Over 3 years grew to $36M, holding costs flat at $27.5M, resulting in 23% margin. * GLOBAL ACUMEN – Drove pricing process transformation across 20+ pharmaceutical sites with thousands of products globally for the $2B Catalent Pharma Solutions, managing 20+ pricing leaders across 5 continents. * PEOPLE - Pitched/pioneered video-based recognition program enabling awards and peer recognition, increasing employee engagement 30%. Launched sales consulting knowledge management and expertise enablement programs. * CRISIS MANAGEMENT – Directed customer business retention and communication strategy after Equifax’s 2017 security breach, protecting revenue/profitability and maintaining customer relationships.
