I led the marketing function for CyberOne Security.  Directed the overall marketing strategy and reported on outcomes to the board of directors.

Completed the re-brand project and redesigned all sales collateral including the corporate deck, services descriptions, sales flyers and case studies.

Conceptualised new event themes for the remaining customer facing events taking into account current industry trends and hot topics.

Consolidated the existing MarTech stack to reduce costs and increase efficiencies by automating more elements of the sales processes.

Worked alongside the board of directors to determine new value propositions and Go-To-Market strategies for new services.

Following our acquisition by the Charterhouse Group, I head up the marketing function within the Pentesec Business Unit and coordinate all the different elements of our activity.  

I own the strategy and oversee how the different parts are implemented across our collateral, digital presence, events and our training centre.  

I manage the relationships with external agencies, vendor and distribution marketing teams and work with them to implement targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and course attendance, through a number of different channels.

Winner of Proofpoint's Channel Marketing Champion Award in 2020 & 2021.

Spearheaded our award submission for the CRN Awards MSSP of the Year 2021 which we then went on to win.

Following the takeover of Lawrence David by Wielton Group, worked with LD Asset Management to separate them from Lawrence David.  Created and branded new Fleet-Serv legal identity including brand guidelines, website and brochure with input from Senior Management team.  Project-managed the entire rebranding process.

Subsequent to the creation of a new associated business outside the Lawrence David Group, I was appointed to an additional role in tandem with my existing responsibilities with Lawrence David Ltd. 

Identified, vetted and engaged strategic partners Strawman Agency (Creative Agency) and The SEO Works (Web Development & SEO) to work with the senior management team on the project.

Set-up, populated and maintained company social media profiles.

Collaborated in the redefinition of the brand vision, values and guidelines and generated website, email and brochure copy in keeping with the new values.

Conceptualised, designed and implemented two drip-marketing campaigns; one to onboard new leads, the other to re-engage and re-ignite cold leads. Applied different media types, as appropriate: video, infographics and social proof or an educational, content based approach.  Liaised with the Design team to create the relevant assets, writing briefs for video content as required.

Designed and wrote copy for all franchise-related marketing and service emails distributed monthly through InfusionSoft CRM system.  Liaised with the Design team to produce responsive HTML templates to match the new branding.

Enabled the rollout of GDPR compliance across the franchise network.  Wrote contract addendums in collaboration with senior management and liaised with legal advisors to produce final documents.  Ensured all documentation was signed and returned in advance of deadline.  

Mapped out the data processes of the business, identified weak points and addressed them moving forward and created documentation detailing the difference between the roles of the Hosts and PPN Ltd.

•	Answered inbound sales calls for all types of car and home insurance.  Processed sales over the telephone and sold a variety of ancillary products whilst adhering to strict compliance standards and safeguarding customers’ data according to FCA regulations.  
•	Worked to three main KPIs and held regular feedback meetings with managers to help improve my performance.  
•	Delivered exceptional customer service by listening to the needs of the customer and communicating all relevant information.   Regularly scored full marks on customer satisfaction surveys and frequently achieved a place in the top 20 performers in the sales department.
•	Conceptualised three projects to aid performance and sales within the department, two of which were successfully implemented.

Working under a Michelin star Head Chef, I was part of a team that produces fresh, seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients. My role involved prep, running the pass on busy shifts, cleaning down and any other jobs required by the Head Chef.

I was responsible for managing the pub in the absence of the Landlords.  I worked as a Chef in the kitchen and covered shifts on the bar as and when required.  I was responsible for dealing with the stock, cellar management and cleaning as well as any issues that arose throughout the course of the working day.  I opened and closed the pub and dealt with the cashing up and safe checks when the Landlord was away.
