Review & approve daily position requests. 
Review tuition & medical appeals, conduct student withdrawals to make informed & documented decisions of liability as appropriate. Provide account adjustment direction to Student Accounts. 
Meet with & counsel students, parents, & others regarding the interpretation of related SUNY & campus policies, procedures, & outcome of the appeal. Work with Academic Advising, Dean of Students, Health Services, ISSS, Veteran’s Services, & other related departments as needed on exemptions, refund/liability schedule, etc.
Review & process Budget Allocation Transfers at the request of University Departments & administration, assist with campus fiscal strategy through maintenance of omnibus file balances
Ensure timely reconciliation of various BUF accounts held by campus departments, issue resolution. Assist with GATA program financials. Assist Budget Director as Financial Lead for small areas/divisions on campus, examine budgetary & financial activity, research variances and provide recommendations.
Prepare/attend for area budget meetings. Assist with management of campus pooled offset activity, including transaction initiation, internal communication/reporting.
Support the development of the University Operational budget, project program &/or fund budgets for use in local or SUNY budget processes. Complete various Business Office reconciliations.
Update seg balance daily, research/resolve any issues, complete projections/analysis as needed.
Assist departments with budget questions & perform ad hoc analyses to support their needs, ensuring compliance with SUNY and campus policies. Complete Cross Training & provide backup of other Budget Analyst tasks.
Document process and procedures as needed.
