I monetize your audience with email. Most of my clients face similar problems 👇 1. Having an audience that knows you, but doesn’t trust you. 2. Being too scared to sell or not having the skills to get their audience to buy. 3. Wasting money on ads and agencies, only to see no results. 4. Constant “churn & burn” while chasing new clients every month. What if you could solve all these problems with one easily manageable asset that requires less than an hour of work a day. Well that’s exactly what we do with the power of email funnels. Here’s how: • A lead capture mechanism to turn followers into warm leads • Automated email sequences to nurture your prospects on autopilot • A custom plan paired with great copy that will have your prospects begging for your offer. And we lay all of this out for you, give you daily actions, kpi’s, etc.

If you're treating your email subscribers like just another audience segment, you're making a huge mistake. Here's the truth. Your email list isn't just a random collection of contacts. These are people who actively chose to hear from you. They trusted you with their inbox. That's more valuable than any social media follow. Think about it. They're giving you direct access to their attention. No algorithm to fight against. No competing content to scroll past. But most businesses waste this opportunity. They send a generic email once a week. They offer nothing special to their subscribers. And wonder why their email list isn’t making money. Your email list deserves better. These are your most committed supporters. They should get exclusive value. Behind-the-scenes content. Early access to your offerings. Special discounts just for them. Deep insights you don't share anywhere else. When you treat your email list right, They don't just stay subscribed. They become your biggest advocates. They wait for your emails. They open, click, and buy. Because they know they're getting value they can't find anywhere else. That's how you build a truly engaged email list. Not just another audience segment. But a group of loyal supporters.
Uncomfortable truth about copywriters: Most of them are only good at writing from one point of view. Not 10 different angles aimed at completely different markets. I was a copywriter/email list manager for a year and a half before I moved to consulting. And I met a lot of “email copywriters” who had good copy for the offers they CHOSE to write about. But struggled to write for offers with slightly different messaging or TAM. The reason why: Writing from one point of view (usually their own) is easy. Writing from different points of view is not easy because you need to understand their perspective. And that means: - In-depth research methods - Overall marketing know-how - Differing strategies for different markets If the copywriter doesn’t have these skills, it won’t work. Don’t just hire a copywriter based on copy they wrote purely for a portfolio. Because it doesn’t mean it’ll work for you.
There’s pretty much only 3 things that matter when it comes to email. Yea, you could argue that there are 100 little things you can do to improve. Which isn’t false. But majority of results come from just a few things. That’s why I’m boiling it down to 3 main things. If you get these wrong, you’ll stay struggling. Get them right and you’ll immediately make more money from your list. 1. Growing your list If you don’t have people to send to, you can’t make money. Having social media followers is NOT the same as an email list. Reach rates to followers are about 5% on IG. Email open rates should be around 30-40%. 2. Getting your emails seen It doesn’t matter how big your list is, if you’re emails are going to spam or the promo tab. This is more important than ever, because inbox providers are making it harder and harder to land in the primary inbox. 3. Send more emails It’s simple, but most people aren’t sending enough emails. Daily emails are best. No, one email a week is not enough. The craziest part? Everything I mentioned above gets taught to my email list. I show you how to grow you list, get your emails seen, and make writing daily emails a breeze. If that sounds good, go here: https://lnkd.in/es6wjx_E
So many great coaches struggle to get clients... Being a good coach isn't enough. The problem? Being the best coach doesn't mean you'll win People buy from the coach they trust the most. And trust comes from how you position yourself. - If you look like everyone else, you blend in. - If your message isn’t clear, clients stay confused. - If you don’t show authority, they won’t invest. A great coach without positioning stays invisible. A good coach with strategy becomes in demand. Position yourself as the only option. Your business depends on it.
Most people posting on socials are killing their business by spending hours on a single piece of content. Here's the hard truth: Perfect content doesn't pay the bills. Closed deals do. You're so focused on: • Getting the perfect thumbnail • Writing the perfect caption • Finding the perfect hook Meanwhile, your calendar is empty. The coaches actually making money? They spend 30 minutes on content, then use the rest of their day to: 1. Have sales conversations 2. Deliver results for clients 3. Build genuine relationships Stop obsessing over content perfection. Start obsessing over generating profit. Your future clients care more about your ability to get them results than how pretty your Instagram grid looks. Focus on what actually moves the needle. Would you rather have fancy content, go viral and 0 clients , or functional content that gives you your dream clients?
8 months ago, I only wrote for other people. Now I’ve built my own engaged email list and active LinkedIn audience. One interesting shift I’ve noticed: My mindset has shifted from being self-centric to focusing on my niche/problem solving and helping the Profit Players. Here’s 5 thoughts and why it’s been a game changer: 1. I’m hitting new audiences now that I’ve built my own “brand” 2. My writing and content is more enjoyable and more “me” 3. Figuring things out on new platforms is scary and fun 4. I think way more about content and voice consistency 5. I’m able to talk about more of my own interests rather than just what clients want to hear I’ve always hated the idea of building a “personal brand” Tying your business and satisfaction to a platform you don’t own doesn’t seem like a smart move to me. But 1 piece of advice for you: Do what will put you in your ideal situation I’ve spent 2 years freelancing and then building my own business to find out what will give me what I want. Find out what works for you, THEN go all in.
Stop staring at the blank screen. I used to spend hours trying to craft the "perfect" post. → Overthinking every word → Rewriting sentences 10x → Never feeling satisfied But here's the truth: Perfect content doesn't exist. What works instead: 1. Write the first draft fast (Set a 10-minute timer and just brain dump) 2. Edit once, not endlessly (Quick cleanup, then hit publish) 3. Show the problems you've solved (Share what you know, forget about sounding smart) 4. Publish daily, even if it's not "ready" (B+ work published > A+ work stuck in drafts) The best content creators aren't perfectionists. They're prolific. What's sitting in your drafts that you should publish today?
Most creators face the same issue: they think that content is about engagement. That’s for 2 main reasons: 1. A bigger audience seems more profitable 2. Getting a bunch of engagement feels good = They end up having an audience that isn’t even interested in what they do. Here’s how you can change that: Let’s say you’re a LinkedIn coach. (By now, you know you shouldn’t just try to go viral.) You should post about struggles your ideal clients are facing. You should become the go-to authority in your niche and show you have the answers. That’s how you turn content into sales.
You have the audience. But no profit… You’re missing out on so much if you don’t monetize efficiently. Frustration creeps in. You’ve built an engaged audience. But the sales just aren’t there. Here’s why you’re stuck: 1. No clear offer Your audience loves your content but they don’t know your process or how to work with you. 2. Wrong monetization strategy Affiliate products, courses, services—what fits? Most are guessing and failing 3. Weak positioning You’re seen as interesting, not essential. Without authority, sales won’t come 4. No system for conversion Likes and comments aren’t cash. You need a proven system to turn viewers > clients Content alone won’t pay the bills. You need the right strategy to turn attention into income. P.S. Every day I send my email list insights to add $20K/Mo recurring from their audience, get them here: https://lnkd.in/es6wjx_E
I constantly have to remind myself of this: Consistency > perfection. That’s why I: • Stick to a posting schedule • Don’t spend time trying to “perfect” drafts • Focus on speaking to my ICP instead of pretty designs I’m in a position where I can grow my audience steadily, without stressing over every detail. Logically, it makes more sense to optimise for consistency over perfection. This isn’t for everyone though.
It’s the BIGGEST scam in the business space And you know who they are: It’s the “gurus” saying: • "Grind could outreach all day" • "Give away free value" • "It’s just your mindset" Blah. Blah. Blah! They rack up likes and followers. They have people buying their courses. But they add absolutely nothing. It’s the same recycled nonsense, over and over. No real strategy, no actionable advice - just fluff. Same content Same generic advice Same meaningless guarantees It’s not actually helpful but a formula for easy engagment. I’m done seeing them, so I’ll be ignoring anyone who does these from now. Do you LOVE or HATE this type of business content?
No, not everyone should have: • A $10M/Year Agency • A team of 35 people • A calendar filled with calls all day Stop making people feel bad because they don’t. It’s really hard work and not ideal for most people. The fact you’re saying it’s easy and everyone should have it undermines everything YOU’VE spent years building. Hypocrisy. p.s. here I am again in the same shop for the 3rd day in a row, putting in the work. Thing is I feel fantastic about my work. If you don’t feel great about what you’re doing, you’re gonna struggle. Fact.
It took me over a year to realize my mistake. After putting out content consistently for almost two years, I finally understood that not everyone cares about me and what I do. When it comes to being a great coach in your niche, whether it’s building authority, signing clients, or scaling your business. It all starts with showing your audience what you can do for them. Case studies, walkthroughs, showing you have the solution. Do one, two, three, or all. Be focused on making your audience desire the outcome you get them. Only then will you become a go-to authority. p.s. What’s one coaching lesson you wish you learned sooner?
