Tw telecom was a national telecommunications company that provided its customers, business voice services, transport, secure internet, data services, and whole sale fiber capacity.

In my role as Account Executive at tw telecom, I worked with local mid-sized organizations in San Diego to assess their current technology environment to bring in solutions and resources to best fit the business’s needs, goals, and objectives, to reduce operational and capitol expenses, while helping to improve operational efficiency. 

As a passionate and hungry AE my tasks included prospecting, new customer acquisition, fiber expansion projects, account management, target marketing, networking, vendor relationship building, and researching customer and industry trends. 

I created and successfully executed a business plan and prospecting strategy that allowed me to finish my first year at 100% of annual quota and #16 for new hires.
