Key Responsibilities
Implement and plan Healthy Habits (both for mobile apps and web) - Feature Discovery, Adoption, User Engagement, Referral to improve retention and drive growth
Ensure KPIs are relevant and mapped to key OKRs.
Work with cross collaboration team and get buy in from stakeholders for Feature Planning
Prepare and rework roadmap to align with OKRs, User Feedback and Feature Prioritisation.
Work on Feature Planning, prepare User Stories for Engineering, release readiness material for Sales & Support and  Feature prioritisation for releases.
Worked with other teams  to establish outbound pipelines of  tracker data intervention using IBM watson  for better Primary Care to users.

Conceptualised  ‘Healthy Habits - a tiny lifestyle habit formation’ product based on BJ Fogg Model on lifestyle habit changes with a vision to motivate users form positive lifestyle habits.
Launched ‘Healthy Habits’ prior to COVID-19 outbreak for 10K users spanning 5  customers helping users adopt new lifestyle habits..
Established tracker data interventions in IBM Watson to identify user health profile and recommend right programs for preventive care.
Increased user engagement of Healthy Habits weekly active users by 20% by integrating persona content to Castlight from health apps.
Introduced Tracker as a platform service to share user’s data with necessary interventions to doctors in addition to EHR improving insomnia diagnosis confidence by 15%
Improved Ecosystem APIs to inbound 7% more new clinical data thereby sharing the right insights of employee health profile

Oracle

Responsibilities
-	Gather feedback and co-ordinate with Oracle Partners to measure the impact of features shipped and understand usage scenarios.
-	Prepare B2B workflows as part of Functional Design for features based on User Forums Analysis, Fleet Scan reports, scrub through Enhancement Request logged and partner feedback as data points.
-	Maintain Product backlog and based on data points evaluate the features inclusion in a Product Improvement plan..
-	Handle cross-product team discussions, work with Oracle GSI (GSI is the internal Legal Entity which handles finances and HCM activities) to help them get the relevant solutions using Fusion. 

Achievements
-	Introduced REST APIs integration with third party apps for Bill Management Self-service portal. REST APIs solution helped customers to integrate with existing partner/legacy systems thereby help increase recurring revenue.
-	Solutioned functional design for Oracle PaaS subscription account metrics and API support to create and manage SaaS subscriptions.
-	Solutioned feature for Japan Zengin Receipt automatic name matching Processing which increased Name Matching hit rate from 5% to 80% successful match when compared to E-Business Suite Solution.

Fusion Extracts is a framework which helps Implementation partners or customers to build their own XML for reporting or for data transfer to any other products.
Identified two important customer issues and made the necessary design changes for two important features. Post changes,
1. Customers are able to avoid timeout error while uploading huge files.
2. Prepared a feature to be delivered which would cut down Support teamwork by 15%.
3. Updated existing UI to responsive UI adhering to new standards at Oracle HCM.

Partner Integration framework APIs for subscription-based model.

Project Lead

1. Developed Basic Oracle Fusion HR module for 7 countries
2. Leading a team of two in developing Oracle Fusion HR Module for 20+ countries and integrating third party payroll engines.
3. Working on Payroll Interface to provide integration of any existing ERP to Fusion HCM.

Quantitative or Qualitative? - I marry them both. While Quantitative helps me find insights,  Qualitative helps me understand user psychology to unearth new problems.
Process or Outcomes? - Whenever processes is like the barricades on roads, I don't mind gatecrashing for outcomes.
