I'm Kassi Burns, an attorney with over a decade of experience at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence (AI) law, Machine Learning (ML), and legal technology. My passion lies in helping clients navigate the complexities of AI governance, compliance, and the legal challenges posed by emerging technologies. In my legal practice, I provide strategic counsel on the development and implementation of comprehensive AI policies, including generative AI strategies and AI mapping exercises. I have a robust background in eDiscovery, managing complex litigation, international arbitrations, and government investigations. I’m skilled in drafting ESI Protocols, Protective Orders, and negotiating discovery disputes, all aimed at achieving optimal outcomes for my clients.
