After spending 25 years in marketing and creative PR for a variety of industries all over the world, I reached a pivotal point in my career 9 years ago when I went exploring in South East Asia for a few months which changed my perspective on lots of things. On my return to the UK, I mentored and coached refugees and began teaching English as a Second or Other Language. I have lived with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 9. In matters of personal development coaching I work with clients facing challenges at pivotal points in their personal lives or career. My clients matter to me. We choose each other.
