The Helsinki Blockchain Center aims to educate and inform the Finnish blockchain technology scene, and foster collaboration between private and public sector organizations. As a board member my duties include assessing the technical merit of proposed blockchain projects, and continue promoting and explaining blockchain to the world. They also make me take board meeting minutes from time to time.

TAC was a blockchain project that, unfortunately, turned out to be a bust, with the founder leaving to produce NFT artwork instead. I did successfully debug their badly implemented consensus protocol, ported the browser extension wallet, and produced an install script for the project. And I learned the hard way that enthusiam isn't enough to make a project succeed.

Exafore develops indoor/outdoor positioning systems using ultra-wide band radio technology, providing location accuracy in the centimetre scale. I provide consultancy and programming services to enable regression testing of the hardware and server software using the Python Robot Framework test system.

Contractor providing software coding advice for artcandie.com, coding and deploying their token contracts. I had nothing to do with the project marketing or goals - I was just a developer for them.

Blockchain Consultant and Solidity Developer

I like to understand and contemplate difficult technical concepts to the point that I can explain them to non-technical people. My focus for the last twelve years has been blockchain, although I know a bit about GNSS, databases, security and cryptography, and test automation.

I also like working out where technology fits into the business world, and how it can impact us in a psychological, sociological, and even philosophical sense.

I wish people would stop asking me to "also develop a website for the project, if you can."
