Invictus is the parent company of several businesses acting in different industries and all based in Luxembourg:

- Childcare food and merchandise delivery service: Invictal
- Childcare nurse professional training: Invict4
- Various arts teaching: Foyer des Arts
- Cooking class and team building service: Cooking Art
- Restaurant: Piacere 

At Invictus I hold the roles of business developer, finance and IT manager. 
Since my arrival at the company, I implemented new payment systems and monitoring tools allows the management to follow spending of each facility and to decrease working capital requirements through automated payments by 5%. 
On the IT side, I installed a new communication system allowing a 50% decrease in paper consumption and the saving of hundreds of hours of work. A new website has also been set up as well as a complete online marketing dashboard.
I prepared new strategies for the development of Invictus' network and developed Invictal's business with new commercial partners.
I conduct financial analysis and build Excel dashboards to help make fact-based capex and opex decisions.

Part of a PMO team in a large bank in Luxembourg. Among many other activities, my mission was to
- Advise and support agile teams working on the digitization of the bank and management of its data
- Report on progress made by scrum teams and help managers with the implementation of new action plans
- Organize workshops with C-level executives
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest ways to improve efficiency together with agile coaches and scrum masters

NoteCampus is a website built to help higher education students to share knowledge with their classmates. We help them share and find all type of documents so that they are able to save a lot of time in their studying hours. We also aim to build a strong community among students that are NoteCampus members with the help of local and national businesses.
As a co-founder, my activities are very broad: presentations, online marketing, strategic development, team leading, meeting partners,...
I am also in charge of the commercial aspect of the company, which consist in market analysis, reaching prospects, selling products and closing deals.
Finally, I am also in charge of the financial aspect of OXILU SPRL (NoteCampus).

NoteCampus est un site internet d'entraide et de partage entre étudiants du supérieur. Il compte actuellement plus de 15 000 étudiants inscrits et des accords avec plusieurs entreprises nationales en Belgique. 
En tant que co-fondateur je suis amené à effectuer toutes sortes de tâches: présentations, marketing, développement stratégique, rencontre d'investisseurs, gestion d'équipes, etc...
Je suis également en charge de l'aspect commercial de NoteCampus, activité qui regroupe analyse de marché, prospection, présentation de produit et conclusion de contrats.
Enfin je m'occupe de la partie financière et comptable de NoteCampus.

Schréder is a lighting company specialized in developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing outdoor lighting for a variety of market segments. It has offices in over 40 countries and counts over 2600 employees worldwide. 
As a project manager at the innovation headquarters of the company in Liège, Belgium, my role was to build a development plan for a new customer market the company has identified. This involved: 
- understanding of the market and the customer needs through in-depth market analysis, Excel and Tableau dashboarding on global mining markets and on the field interviews with specialists,
- auditing the company's strategy, organization, and information systems,
- challenging the reasons why the company wants to address this opportunity, 
- understanding the impacts that the project will have on the company's organization, 
- developing a strategy accordingly, 
- building a business plan, and 
- preparing for change.
The outcomes of the project have been:
> investment in the Australian market through the hiring of new sales representative
> CEO approval of a multi-million euros plan over several years
> building of a clear pattern for global marketing analysis approach that can be reused by the company
