As a division of Lexis Agency, Reverb specialise in the creation of socially powered live events 

Producing experiential consumer campaigns, exclusive press shows, award ceremonies, pop ups, launch dinners, corporate events and parties 

Producing catalytic brand experiences from initial conceptualisation, mood boarding and pitching into clients 

Suggesting innovative and new options for catering, venues and entertainment options

Sourcing trend-lead furniture pieces and fixture as well as creating bespoke props and styling on site

Developing social ideas and bringing them to life with the help of either the digital team and Lexis or more specialist external suppliers 

Managing production elements such as RAMs, crew, AV aspects, set builds and breaks 

On site logistics, budget management, client liaison and crisis management

Content creation for Reverbs social pages and using these channels to reach out to new suppliers, potential collaborations as well as a source of creative inspiration 

Mentoring junior staff through account management as well as creative duties, and monitoring their strengths to benefit the agency as a whole

Campus Group

Working primarily on Russian Standard Vodka and Zubrowka Vodka accounts, coordinating event production across a 3 month nationwide on-trade tour, IMBIBE showcase, tradeshows (at The Mayfair Hotel), brand  re-launch (at The Science Museum), off-trade schemes, festival activations at Wilderness and Lovebox, sponsorship at Warehouse Project and Rooftop Cinema .
Briefing creative teams to develop on brand POS, signage and print materials with coordinated text and social media copy.
Producing a promotional magazine to include both written and image lead content for Adidas. 
Negotiating and booking the costing of live acts, sites, media, running orders, backlines and artist liaison.
Leading creative sessions and development of the agencies proposition.
Taking a key role in the current rebranding of the agency’s credentials presentation, website and ethos.
Responsible for managing, adhering to and making savings on campaign budgets ranging from £10k to £100k.
Requesting agency testimonials from clients and collating business boosting post campaign case studies.
Pitching, presenting and debriefing with clients, senior staff and contracted staff.
Purchasing audience specific media space i.e. Newspaper wraps, table wraps and eco/reverse graffiti to raise awareness or attain commercial goals.
Initiating and monitoring the “Stretch Project” to develop the company’s productivity, charity involvement and strengthening the teams skill set.

The Coca-Cola Company

Working on the UKs Largest Music tour whilst nationally marketing the world’s largest brand during the 2012 Olympic Torch Relay. 
Creating an Olympic legacy whilst building memorable brand associations, with the use of key brand messaging, brainstorming experiential strategies, artist liaisons, ticket distribution and supporting a day to day smooth show production.
Activating at 66 live evening events over 70 days around the UK, whilst hosting VIPS and artists including; Dizzee Rascal, The Wanted, The Vaccines and Emeli Sande.

Working at product launches, road shows and exclusive events for the UK's leading specialist experiential
marketing agency.
Sampling well known fashion and lifestyle brands such as: Chanel, Evian, Pepsi, The Sanctuary, BMW, Seafolly, Lacoste, Revlon, Illamasque.
Representing brands throughout the country in predominately sales, sampling and meet and greet based
activities.

Gaining first hand experience in marketing, resulting in a chartership awarded by CIM.
Responsibilities include; sampling, promotion, PR, setting up events and sourcing on-brand entertainment.
Working closely with the local Sales Development Manager with a particular emphasis placed on social networking and market research.

As the founder and Managing Director of Heaps + Stacks, I lead a 20-strong team of brand experience experts who deliver strategic and creative solutions for category leading brands within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. 

Building the business over the past 7 years has been a RIDE to say the least! Meaning I have had to hone and polish skills across the full entrepreneurship spectrum; creative ideation, business development, business planning, client relations, strategy and cultivating culture.

I’ve delivered keynotes and workshops at high-profile events and for companies such as Apple, Elle, Stylist on the topic of entrepreneurship or the future of experiential events (amongst others).
