Client: "Can you do it cheaper?" Most agencies cave instantly. They start discounting or justifying their price. 🚩 Stop. Negotiation happens when the client believes you’re replaceable. If you want clients to stop negotiating: ❌ DON’T: Immediately offer discounts. Try to justify how much work you're doing. ✅ DO: Ask: “What outcome would justify the full price to you?” Clarify: “Are you more focused on price, or results?” Reframe: “If we can achieve [business outcome], would it be worth the full investment?” Clients don’t negotiate when they see you as uniquely valuable. Your job is to become irreplaceable, not cheaper.

If you run any kind of B2B client services business, there's two things that matter: 1. Getting more clients. 2. Keeping them and making them worth more. It's hard to lose when 80%+ of time, focus, and energy goes into these two.
You built yourself another job. Trust me, I've been there. → You try and be a superhero and do it all yourself. → You're scrambling to "hold it all together". → You're stuck think about the tasks of today and not the vision of the future. So what's the takeaway? →You don't rise to the level of your potential. →You fall to the level of your systems. →Systems set you free.
