      Client: "Can you do it cheaper?"   Most agencies cave instantly.   They start discounting or justifying their price.   🚩 Stop.   Negotiation happens when the client believes you’re replaceable.   If you want clients to stop negotiating:   ❌ DON’T:   Immediately offer discounts. Try to justify how much work you're doing.   ✅ DO:   Ask: “What outcome would justify the full price to you?”   Clarify: “Are you more focused on price, or results?”   Reframe: “If we can achieve [business outcome], would it be worth the full investment?”   Clients don’t negotiate when they see you as uniquely valuable.   Your job is to become irreplaceable, not cheaper.

            Stuck in the $3K/month trap?   It’s time to move upmarket.   Here’s how to shift from small, needy clients to big, high-value retainers:   1️⃣ Stop selling execution, start selling transformation.   Small clients want “ads” or “content.” Big clients want revenue growth, brand positioning, and scalable acquisition.   2️⃣ Charge more—and qualify harder.   If you price at $5K, you get clients that compare you to other $5K options. If you price at $25K, you attract a different caliber of client.   3️⃣ Build a sales process that filters out bad clients.   If your sales call feels like an interview, you might be doing it wrong.   Set clear qualification criteria so you only take on the best fits.   Moving upmarket is the best thing you can do for your agency.   And it's a hill I'll die on.
