A Technology enthusiast, I am passionate about driving customer-centric innovative solutions to complex problems. Through each of my varied roles in the past 8+ years in the Banking Industry, I have developed core technical and essential transferable skills such as ruthless prioritization, stakeholder management, risk assessment while working with diverse global teams. I am a team player with finely-tuned analytical skills, exemplary communication skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail to alleviate customer pain points. In my current role, I support the Client, Data and Insights Technology team for Bank of America’s CashPro application. Throughout my professional career, I have worked on and led several FinTech projects while forging professional connections with several global stakeholders. An avid public speaker, I am a Distinguished Toastmaster(DTM) and currently serving as a Club Coach at Toastmasters International within District 37(NC). I have accomplished the Dynamic Leader, Strategic Relationships, Competent Communicator, Competent Leader titles. As a Woman In Technology Leader for the Charlotte Chapter, I work fervently to empower women to use their voice, leadership and communication skills to advocate for themselves and other women to do our part in bridging the STEM gap. In the capacity of a Diversity & Inclusion facilitator at Bank of America, I help foster a safe place to encourage conversations with teammates and empower them to confidently bring their true selves to work; contributing to a more inclusive workplace.
