Experienced, world-class technical professional with a unique blend of offensive / defensive security, DevOps and software engineering skills, responsible for threat modeling, designing and building out secure cloud services, as well as conducting security assessments for many of the most recognizable web properties on the internet. Well-versed in threat modeling, secure cloud solutions architecture, software development, security assessment and DFIR / threat hunting methodology. Currently working as security engineer at Remitly's detection and response team, where I am responsible for defining and executing DFIR process for product deployments on EKS and other AWS services. My other responsibilities included conducting security architecture reviews, consulting service teams on security related requirements, and influencing security engineering project roadmaps. Previously worked as an application security engineer at Amazon Web Services Product Security team where I validated that AWS services, applications, and websites are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. I was responsible for analyzing the security of applications and services, discovering and addressing security issues, building security automation, and quickly reacting to new threat scenarios. My goals are to keep increasing technological expertise and scope.
