The Intern Group is an award-winning, international education company that bridges the gap between the the education system and meaningful careers. Our purpose is to inspire people to realize their potential. 

We have 100+ university partners including Princeton, UPenn, London School of Economics, Tec de Monterrey and National University of Singapore. We help them to achieve their employability and internationalization goals. We bring global, diverse talent to our 3,000+ partner host organizations, who range from governments and multinationals, through to SMEs, entrepreneurial start-ups and NGOs.

The Intern Group are regularly featured/interviewed by international media including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Forbes, CNN, BBC, Bloomberg & TIME.

As a Co-Founder & current shareholder, I am involved in our global strategy and future direction. Together we have accomplished a great deal and I am excited about the potential for The Intern Group to have an even greater global impact in the coming years.

Co-Founder 

Accountable for our global in-person and virtual internship programs. Worked across globally diverse teams to deliver an exceptional product and experience for over 2000 students every year.  Notable Achievements Include:

- Led global team to achieve a world-class NPS score of 82 in 2019 & 2020. 
- Designed and launched our Virtual Internship program in April 2020. In December, TIG was recognised as one of Europe's leading 100 Ed-Tech companies by Holon IQ
- Managed a globally diverse team of over 70 people across 14 cities.
- Project led the global alignment of all team processes and technology in 2019 .
- Created and implemented our own in-house professional development workshops, which are delivered to every program participant.
