- Worked 6 SMB accounts, doing research on over 30 contacts as part of a 2-week project
- Learned how to confidently articulate Highspot’s value proposition to key personas
- Partnered with Account Development Leadership to create content around ‘Best Practices’ for new graduates entering into sales

Account Development Intern

Clari

- Created a project team of 6 people to develop a strategy to revamp the company's sales playbook
- Worked with Value Engineering to collect customer data and develop new case studies
- Conducted account and contact research on 10 accounts for the Enterprise AM team so they could prepare their account planning for Q3
- Built call libraries in Gong of the best post-sales calls for different product uses cases 
- Helped develop onboarding plan for Account Development Managers
- Worked with ADMs to develop messaging for MQLs and account planning for Q3
- Created written content, documenting my experience as an intern at Clari
- Presented to leadership in the last week of my internship on my experience at Clari this past summer

- Learned the purpose and function of sales for an organization
- Identified the necessary skills to succeed in consultative sales today
- Developed an understanding of HubSpot's sales process and sales teams
- Did a mock cold call at the end of the program, translating all of the skills I learned during the co-op

Spring Co-Op

Venture L

- Worked directly with the CEO and did research on how freelancers network and run their businesses
- Built a lead list of 40 freelancer communities, qualifying them based on company-based criteria
- Assisted with outbound prospecting and sales to strategically reach out to freelancers and see if Venture L's product fits their business

Growth Intern

SoftwareONE

- Did research on over 100 non-profit organizations to verify their addresses
- Took notes and assisted in data clean-up on contacts that no longer worked at a certain company
- Called existing contacts and discussed with them about SoftwareOne and inquired if they still preferred them as their software vendor

Lead Prospecting Intern

The Leon Foundation of Excellence

- Participated in a leadership program which entailed of large and small group exercises that touched on emotional healing, storytelling, and leadership
- Switched between the intern and the student as I gave feedback on how to better develop the curriculum and who would best benefit from the program
- Engaged with leaders from different industries to collaborate on strategies that can help the students that go through the program

Curriculum Intern

The Johns Hopkins University

- Collaborated with other students on a week-long project to create solutions that could improve the UI/UX for incoming freshmen during Virtual Orientation week
- Used design thinking principles, such as wireframing, to develop an app prototype that shows the user their daily Orientation schedule on a single page, with a simplified UI

Design/Research Intern

Johns Hopkins University School of Education

- As an office clerk, I specialized in general duties such as data entry, filing and scanning paperwork, and event planning
- During the fall semester, I assisted in event planning for a symposium called "Schools, Prisons, and Concentrated Property," which detailed the school and prison pipeline in Baltimore City
- After the symposium, I spent a week entering and organizing data, on-site and remotely, from the donors of the symposium for the office to send personal "Thank You" notes for their contributions to the symposium
